When I showed up it was clean, friendly and both greeted me upon arrival. The room was peaceful and made getting ready for the massage easy. She pulled several times at the back of my shirt because I wasn't undressing fast enough for my hour massage. There should have been more privacy. The curtain was slightly open and there was a man standing right there buying a certificate so I felt uncomfortable getting undressed. Her coworker (a man) came in during my massage which made me feel even more uncomfortable and they had a full on conversation for a long time while I lay there feeling awkward. She had earbuds on and was listening to something which was loud and distracting. It was not relaxing at all. She shoved a pillow in my face and didn't communicate that she wanted me to turn over. The language barrier is really bad and the only communication she had was getting angry at me and saying no. She had zero respect for barriers and privacy and made me feel very violated several times. At the end, I reluctantly gave her a tip even though I felt she didn't deserve it. When I was leaving she stopped me and tapped hard on the tip jar. I told her the tip was on the table and she kept tapping on the jar. I grabbed the cash that I had put on the table and gave it to her. Apparently she thought it wasn't enough. She made a disgusted sound and said "No no no" and shook her finger in my face. I gave her a little more (which I should not have) but that was all I had. She looked at me with disgust and said "nnnnaaaa" and stood there expecting me to pay her more. When she saw I didn't have any more cash she shewed me out of the store. I cannot believe she treats customers this way and I am surprised that they are still in business.
