My pain has worsened and all the Nurse Practitioner, Ben Attebury can seem to do is prescribe medications that do not help at all. After beginning injection therapy with Dr. Dille I also have seen no improvement. At my last injection appointment he yelled at my mother, "I don't know what's wrong with her, this isn't goin to work." Then wanted to schedule a follow up appointment to do the same exact injections. This morning I went to my appointment and expressed my feelings and concerns. I told him how I felt about how much time and money I have spent and I just don't feel like we are getting the correct results. He responded to me, "you were a basket case, and I don't need to listen to this." Then immediately walked out the door and left me by myself in the exam room. I realize I'm not a doctor, but I would think as one you would find it pertinent to listen to what your patients have to say.

He also kept pushing opiods since my husband is allergic to most anti-inflamatory drugs. I would not recommend this doctor at all. At the time my husband was being seen, Dr. Dille was the only pain management doctor in the area. We traveled 300 miles from our home to find a pain management doctor who would listent to the issues and not treat us like the pain was just a way to get opiods. Since finding another doctor, he is no longer on opiods and receives injections where there is no pain. Do not go to this man just because he is close to where you live. We are deserve better treatment than this.

There was no discussion with the sales rep regarding any other fees associated with the sale with the exception of sales tax on the $1.96. The safety inspection occurred two days later on October 15 but we were told we would be billed the $140 fee after the gas was delivered. Three weeks later on November 3, 2022 we FINALLY received our shipment of propane. Again we could not pay the driver, we had to wait for the bill which would charge to our credit card. To my complete surprise, I was charged $111 more than quoted. When I called to inquire, I was transferred around from one Dept to another until finally someone told me that I didn't have any kind of price lock and it took three weeks to deliver the fuel so the price went up. Nay, nay said I. The price I was quoted is the price I expect the company to charge, and as to the other fees that were added afterwards, I did not agree to those, so I will not pay them. I told them they had two options; either reduce the price to the agreed-upon amount or come and pump the gas out of my tank so I can buy it from an honest vendor. After 15 or 20 minutes of holding, the customer service agent finally came back and told me they would reduce the price by $290 which was more than I had asked them to do. I was told the new invoice would be emailed to me within 24 hours showing the reduced amount. Did I receive that invoice? No! Did they charge the original inflated amount to my credit card? Of course they did! Now I have to dispute the charge. Good thing I kept notes with names and extension numbers. Don't let these people trick you into thinking their gas is a better price because they will try to bill you for more money or should I say BILK you for more money. BUYER BEWARE.

Therapist would not listen to my concerns and tried to treat what he thought was right and left every session hurting worse than when I went in. I finally was transferred to Filer clinic where they listened and I started feeling better. However, VA only does so many authorized visits. My visits ran out and was not doing better. The clinic sends reports to the VA for authorizations for more visits which they usually approve. After a month I reached out to the VA and was informed that they had not received any such request. Now 4 months later still no answers to help me improve. I feel like I was black listed from treatment with this experience.
