I was over due on on some of the maintenance my car needed and took it over to Clifford's as we have been seeing them for years. It is currently under new ownership and am happy to say it is the same great service I have always gotten. I initially brought my car in for a timing belt replacement and alignment. After bringing in my car they called and confirmed that the timing belt should be replaced and also let me know the alignment was good but may need to be serviced later on. I had asked if they would also do a fluid flush on my transmission as it hadn't been changed since it come from the dealership (~190,000 Miles) and was going to do it myself but decided I would leave it to the professionals since I was already taking my car in. My car is running like new again and couldn't be happier. As mentioned, I won't hesitate to return for any future service my car needs!

I had my truck towed to Muskego Automotive as they had fixed my brake lines in April 2017, I assumed was a similar problem. I received a call later on, that it in fact, it was the right rear caliper that had leaked or broke or whatever. This was to be free of charge to fix, great. Well not really, they took it upon themselves to "inspect" and take apart my front brakes and left rear brakes when not asked to do so. Quoting me a cost of $770 to replace rotors and pads on all. When I said I would rather not replace all of that at this point, I was told he wouldn't put it together and HE felt it needed to be done, pretty much FORCED work I did not want done to pad his pocket. Then the next day I receive a call that they had an "incidental" finding and had to replace yet another part, that of course was replaced with out calling me first. Now my bill is up to $1000.04. Really??? I am a single mom paying for my daughter's college, just replaced a furance, need to replace a sewage pipe, have numerous other expenses I am paying and a hefty mortgage on top of that. I was forced to replace all rotors and pads and a 2nd caliper when all I wanted was the right rear brake issue fixed. I feel he forced services I didn't ask for nor could afford to pad his pocket, not ok at all, leaves me paying other things late and not at all happy.... oh, and to top it off we go to pick it up and magically it would be $900.00 if I would pay in cash.... I did feel he felt he could take advantage of my being a female. VERY SHADY in my opinion.

On July 31, 2023 at 1751 my 17 year old son, Sergio Vaccaro, called Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin and asked would they install his alternator and how much it would cost. Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin stated they would install the alternator for $150.00 and they could install on Thursday. My son agreed. My son, Sergio V. took his car in and handed the alternator to Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin staff member. At that time Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin staff member said they may not get to it until Monday but would call them if Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin staff finished sooner. On Friday, August 4, 2023 Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin staff member called my son 1117 and stated the alternator he brought in would not fit and my son, Sergio V. said okay and Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin staff member called my son, Sergio V., at 1250 to state that his vehicle was completed. Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin mechanic, possible owner,(on cell phonevrecording) stated it was $85.00. I said I would pay. My son Sergio V. left the premises and I stated to Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin staff members their practices are very dishonest and it is really bad that Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin has to lie and steal from a teenager, tells alot about someone. The alternator my son brought into Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin is an exact match, photos attached. The core charge was part of the price. Documents attached. Cannot attach photos or documentation from phone. I will download from computer tomorrow. So Tess Corners Automotive of Muskego Wisconsin stole $448.93 from my son, Sergio V. $507.11 for alternator install and $91.82 for core charge totaling $598.93. He agreed to pay $150.00. Talk about up charging and fraud. Pure evil.
