Thanks to Yelp for identifying Moving U as an option with its overall Yelp Guarantee! Kiril was exceptional. He was a kind man who was a great communicator and incredibly knowledgeable about his work. He was a calming influence on us and consistently gave us great guidance throughout the process. He hired terrific people on both sides of our move, and the Packers were flawless in their work. Fair pricing without BS. Moving U exceeded all of our expectations, and we also gained a friend in Kirii. I'm grateful for his work on our move, and I will always use Moving U in the future.

I came down to Colorado a few weeks back to help my friend move into her new apartment for college…read more Not sure if you've ever helped a girl move before, but us girls, yea we have A LOT of things to move. We started putting everything in boxes, garbage bags, etc. Once we were all done we went to move a few boxes and then realized there was no way we could move all of it by ourselves. We did some research and found Golden Boy Moving! We were a little skeptical at first since it was the first time we heard of them, but I am so happy we hired them! They moved everything for us and made sure to be very careful with her things. All in all, very happy with my experience! Wish they were out here in Vegas when I needed to move all my things to my new place!

We're selling our house and needed it deep cleaned for the showing. We got two women who arrived on…read moretime and were here for about four hours. Overall, they did a good job and were reasonably nice. Here are the problems we encountered: On the way out of our house, they realized they forgot to clean a fan, and when they dusted it the dust went everywhere and we're still dealing with that now because they didn't pick it up and it went all over the couch. Everytime we think we got all the dust bunnies there's one more. They needed to do a window that they couldn't reach, and we gave them a step stool when they arrived but they still just stood on my couch cushions to clean the window instead. Lastly, we asked them to wear masks when they got here because there's a pandemic going on and according to CDC guidelines everyone should wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. We're in close quarters even if they're vaccinated after all. On arrival one housekeeper had a mask and we didn't mind having to provide a mask for the other one, but the entire time- until we called management about it- they kept the masks under their nose or chin, usually chin. When we talked to management they said something about how the chemicals were burning from the oven cleaner and they needed to take their masks off to breathe. But: 1) They didn't use any real oven cleaner, I have the NO FUME oven cleaner here.. And two- They hadn't actually started on the oven yet. On top of that, wearing a mask is a normal thing housekeepers do to protect their own lungs from chemicals even before the pandemic. They honestly just weren't concerned about their safety or mine even after showing up and seeing me on a feeding tube. After we called the front office they actually kept their masks on, but if masks are important to you you might want a different company. They did an overall good job cleaning the house, and I *might* have overlooked the mask issue since this was a one-time clean- but standing on the furniture and the fan making a huge mess made us want to go elsewhere in future.

They never told me of all the extra fees. I have the quote in writing and no where did it mention the "extras." I contacted them via email and told them this was absolutely unacceptable and I disagreed with the charges and to contact me I received a response thanking me for my business. This is a horrible/sneaky way to run a business. Two other home owners were interested in hiring them and after what they learned happened to me they won't bother with that kind of operation. My advice; do not use them.
