Really fun! They set up the room with all sorts of goodies to smash. But above all, safety was definitely a consideration with protective suits and shoes. One warning: Wear an old pair of shoes to this event. While they do give you protective covering for the bottoms/sides of your shoe, I ended up with a lot of shrapnel on top. I had seen rage rooms on tv and had always thought I'd be into them because, "I choose violence." It's been a bit stressful these past few months, so my bf decided to surprise me and take me to a place where I can hulk smash and relieve some of the pressure. This place sure did that. I wasn't sure if it would but let me tell ya, the printer they let us smash up got the punishment I so long to give to my office printer sometimes. It was also fun to smash up some keyboards, VHS tapes, cassette tapes and a plethora of glass bottles. At first, I thought the opposite of most people about the duration of this activity. I really thought 30 min was too long, all the way up until we entered the room. When I saw the amount of stuff I was like oh, this will take like 5, maybe 10, minutes. By the time we were starting to feel done, I looked and it had been 25 min already! I think 30 min may be the perfect amount of time. The facility itself is very, very clean and tidy. I was shocked at how pristine the bathroom was. The whole place smells nice too. The people working were amazing. I'm the worst with names but our host was hilarious and super friendly. We came here for a bachelorette party, which is a nice change of pace from all the partying and drinking, especially in Vegas. The check-in process was quick and easy as we all signed our waivers. Then we were given some rules and instructions before putting on our protective gear. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing that cover you up as well. The white suit they give you honestly doesn't do that much protection besides make you really hot. Once you choose your weapons, it's time for the fun part! There's tables of glasses, printers, and other electronics for you to break. This is both a work out and anger management in one. It was fun, but also tiring. After awhile, you also start getting really hot from the suit. They do provide you ice water for a break, which is nice. Overall, it's a cool and unique activity. We paid $55 per person and an additional $20 for a video (I see that they got more popular and raised their price to $65 per person). I managed to book a reservation online on a Saturday night for Sunday afternoon. The workers are very friendly and enthusiastic. They go over everything and you sign a waiver. Remember to come with close toed shoes. If you're drunk, pregnant, or have a serious medical condition, you may not participate. We got to do a little photoshoot beforehand. They give you an option of weapons such as a crowbar and bat. You are allowed to bring your phone in to take pics/videos, but at your own risk. We paid for the Wrecking Package at $75 per person (we had a total of 4 people). This package include: 15 small items, 5 medium items, and 1 large item per person for 30 minutes. Honestly, I thought it was going to go faster and we weren't going to feel the 30 minutes. It actually was just the right time. I wouldn't recommend getting more than 30 minutes. You do get bored/tired of smashing the same item for a long time (some items are harder to break). Be selective of the weapons you choose to smash the items. Wouldn't recommend the bat as it makes it harder to smash things, although it makes for good photos! All in all, I think it's worth to do the experience once. Stress relief Went with my daughter as she was having a rough patch. Feel a little sorry for the host, he was doing his best to rev up the excitement, but we were just there to relieve some stress and let out some anger. We suited up and grabbed a bat and crowbar and headed in. First warning, they say wear whatever but if you don't want cuts wear jeans. Second warning, you will get very hot and sweaty Third warning, if you have glasses and own contacts wear the contacts the glasses don't work great with the face shield. We had plenty of glass which is satisfying to smash or throw or pulverize to powder. Printer, I'm an IT guy so that thing got beat until it was just parts. Our other big item was a laser disc player, we did all sorts of things to it, but that thing was a tank which just mad you smash it more :) Plenty of vhs tapes, which I thought was weird, but they were very satisfying to smash and then chuck the reel of tape. Would go to 4 except for the cost. $75 a person was a little high, but then again they do cleanup. The heat got bad, we were drenched, fans or a/c vents somewhere would make it more tolerable, I am sure they don't have these things out of worry of what would hit them. read more

Again have to emphasize it, Wreck Room is legit so much fun! It's a great stress reliever activity, a workout and fun activity. You get 30 minutes to get suited up and feel like Wreck it Ralph! They have a set of rules to follow and waivers to sign for your safety. You're fully suited up so you're protected. The staff hear was super nice and chill as well willing to take some pictures pre and post wreckage. After it's all done you're given bottle water since it's a very physical activity. Then you can tag up their walls and let others know you left a wreckage! All I can say is if you wanna do something different come here, bring friends or a significant other. I booked the XL package on a Sunday for 2 people and we had a blast! The booking website is easy to use and the owner is nice and helpful! The XL package gets you more stuff to wreck for 30 minutes. By the time 10 minutes hit, we were so exhausted so half an hour is plenty of time in the room. You WILL get sweaty so I suggest wearing athletic clothing. Close-toed shoes are required. For protection, you will have to wear the gear they give you: metal toe caps that fit over your shoes, a paintball mask, gloves, and a white coverall with a hood. My only regret is not wearing long socks. The coveralls sinch at the bottom so your ankles are a bit exposed. After we left the facility I found a piece of glass in my shoe so be careful! We got a small baton, a rubber hammer, and a crowbar to smash things. We each got our own stuff to smash which included: - Printers - Keyboards - Computer monitors - Computer mouses - Office phones - Various sizes of glass bottles - VHS tapes - Flower pots We were allowed to take our phones in the room so we took plenty of pictures. They also have video tapes available but we didn't buy the package. I highly suggest going here at least once because it's so fun and you really get to blow off some steam! read more

Before arriving, I made sure to make a reservation, sign the waiver, and pay the extra $20 for the video. When we arrived, we had to wait for about 15 minutes before entering because there was a party right before us. After the safety spiel, we geared up, and attacked! It was fun and crazy at first, but after it turned into a really good work out. I was so sweaty! My boyfriend got the bat and I got the crowbar so that we could experience both. Shattering glass... in case you didn't know... is one of the most satisfying feelings us Homo sapiens can experience in this life. The bigger items (like a computer) were actually a pinch hard to destroy but it's also pretty enthralling to chuck that thing to the ground. I'm into that. The 30 minute standard session went by pretty quick but honestly, we were hecka hot and pretty tired by the time we hit the 30 minutes. 110% will do this again, if not here - since I'm not local - then somewhere else. Do you ever just wanna break shit? Maybe your job has got you stressed. Maybe you have a frustrating love life. Living in a city as we do has a way of getting under your skin. Sometimes a little senseless destruction is in order. But you don't really want to break your own stuff. Nor do you want to clean up the mess. You don't want your neighbors calling the cops for the noise or fear of trouble. That's where Wreck Room comes in. I first heard of this place on the news. Then I checked Yelp. On Monday, after a particularly stressful Easter weekend, I decided to check it out. I'm happy I did. It was an extremely therapeutic experience. Cathartic even. It was a simple process to book online. It was simple to complete the waiver online the day before my appointment. Check-in was easy. The rules are simple. Getting suited up goes quick enough. They give you a jump suit, gloves, face mask and rubber booties with steel toes to protect your feet. This is a safe environment cranking out the hard rock to get you amp'd. Once you are suited and ready to go, choose your weapon. They have an assortment of bats, crowbars and an axe handle. I went with the larger of the two crowbars. Then it is time to go to your individual room and raise some hell. My room had about 20 beer bottles, an old cable box, a computer keyboard and a few computer mouses. I left nothing standing. I went for a mouse first. Then the keyboard. And the cable box. Then on to the bottles, the fun part. If you hit them just right they explode. I turned them into the smallest shards I could manage. Then went back to the electronics. I finally called it quits when I was too winded and sweaty to continue. It had been about 20 minutes. The price starts at $35 for 30 minutes. Corey told me it probably wouldn't take me 30 minutes. Right he was. He said I could actually stay in for an hour if I wanted to. There was nothing left to take me that far though. Wreck Room is such a deceptively simple idea for a business. But good on them for providing frustrated angry people like me with a safe and legal opportunity to vent in a violent manner. You can also purchase more items to smash like big screen tvs and more. The staff was exceptionally helpful and make sure that everyone is safe while having a great time. Came here to celebrate Brazilian Valentine's Day, and had a BLAST!!! Staff is super quick to go over the rules and get you set up, ready to smash some stuff! You'll be required to sign a liability waiver first thing, then they'll go over the rules with you. After that you'll be taken to a room where you'll put a protection jumpsuit on, special protection for your shoes, gloves, a helmet and you'll get to pick your "weapon". You'll then be taken to your wreck room! They have bottles, printers, keyboards and some other cool things laid out for you to just wreck! They also have extra items you can purchase if you'd like.
