This car has been returned to his shop 4 different times because he says it is fixed and it is not. PLEASE PLEASE unless you liked to be screwed over with no dinner first then dont call this guy. His whole set up is a joke. This is a want to be mechanic that doesn't have a clue. They also smoked in my car left trash in it like cigarettes box and lighter wrappers and my interior WAS cream noe it is a nice oily grayish black. So pissed. This not the end. I'm sure legal action will be involved soon.

My wife and 2 boys decided to visit the Tennessee Safari and needed to get cash to get in. We drove…read moreto the Alamo bank and when we stopped, realized our tire was losing air fast. We found Alamo Tire as the closest tire location and rushed over. The business was closed, but the owner was inside closing things out. My wife explained to him what we needed and he opened the shop to us. Had our tire fixed and back on the road in 30 minutes. Small miracle - that situation could have ruined our day in a rural community and limited options. I feel bad I never asked his name, we just stayed out of his way so he could get home to his family. I saw the character of this man through his actions. I know only one thing about him, but it's enough. Thank you.

I blew a tire on my fifth wheel RV on 412 on outside of Alamo. No one in the area serviced roadside…read moreor had any availability for hours. I called Climer and explained my situation and he heard my baby in the background and was more than willing to help. He couldn't do roadside tire changes, so he drove his wrecker to me and took of my wheel, took it to a tire shop, and came back and out on for me. All for only $150! All of this in under one hour from when I was back on the road. I appreciate Climer and his customer service. I would highly recommend calling them before anyone else.

Disaster struck after hours on a weekend and RJ could not possibly have been more helpful. Never have we met a better, more honest and hardworking man that was willing to take care of a family in need and put himself out.
