He came back and gave me a quote of $1000 for materials and labor. (It's a small mobile home that he said was a 2 day job) I gave him the total amount and he never came back. For almost a month I got one excuse after another or no response at all. I told him I wanted to cancel the job and get my money back so that I could find someone else. He said no. I am an elderly woman who lives alone and I guess he thought he could take advantage of me. I told him I would make a police report and he said that they wouldn't do anything. You were wrong Joneric! It is a crime! It's called theft and they didn't hesitate to take the report. Now my next stop is the BBB. And then a civil suit if I have to. I saved that money for years. $10 here and $20 there and I'll be darned if you're going to steal from me Joneric!

Made the appointment with Nathan from Lone Star Mobile Home Service and Repair on Wednesday. He…read morescheduled with us for inspection and repair for Friday at 9 am. We were initially excited for the quick appointment to getting our mobile home leveled. HOWEVER, Friday 9 am came and went. At 9:15 am, and 9:30 am my husband called Nathan and it went straight to voicemail. My husband also sent texts that were left unread. Nathan showed up at 9:47 am, and immediately asked to use the bathroom, despite us living next to a gas station. We let him of course, however he did not flush after himself. He stated that there was a closure on the freeway that caused the delay. He smelled of cigarettes' and was tracking mud all throughout the house, which is carpeted. He was running back and fourth in the house, I am sure just to be quick with the inspection, however his demeaner was very shady. He looked at the outside of the house, and my husband noticed Nathan's truck was running, and there was two other people who were with him. Therefore there was three people who had the opportunity to communicate they were running behind and they failed to do so. Nathan wanted to quickly start working on the house, and we were barely keeping up with him. Overall he was not professional, therefore my husband stated he did not want their business and told them to leave. Afterward, my husband checked the Better Business Bureau and discovered they are not even licensed through the state of Texas.

We hired them to renovate our bathroom at first which started off pretty well. Once they started working on the 2nd project they left our bathroom unfinished for weeks & when I finally got them to finish what was needed in the bathroom they did a half a$$ job on it. Not only did they do a bad job finishing our bathroom but Anthony came and picked up his tools and left us with a mess in our yard and half of the work done after we paid him 90% of the job. DO NOT HIRE THEM - THEY WILL SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN THEY CAN HANDLE THAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY.
