I called and spoke directly to Lane. Wow! And owner who answers the phone! I made an appointment later in the week so he could take a look at it. When I arrived, I met Lane, and he was really easy to get along with. Personable guy. He took a look and then went over the fabric options and gave me an estimate. Then he took down my info and we made an appointment for me to drop off the car. I stopped by a bit too early and the shop wasn't open. I sent a text message ti the office phone and thankfully it went through! My car was taken care of in one day. I was unable to return to pick up my car so Lane figured out a plan to have my car available to me whenever I could come. I thought it was very nice that he called to see how he could help facilitate me getting my car back, while keeping it safe for me in the lot. The work was completed and was the price he estimated (although the shop owner paid for the work). It was done on time, matches almost perfectly, and looks pretty good. See before and after pics. I used Yelp's Request A Quote feature to price out 3 large foam signs in full color. Signarama wasn't the cheapest option, but Audrey was so quick to respond in a friendly and professional manner that I ultimately felt they would do the best job. She gave me great info, noticed the images I'd sent were low quality and might come out pixelated, and had Ben email me a full quote with two options. They have a customer portal for me to approve or make comments on the layout, as well as to pay directly online. When I was having issues paying online and called them, they helped me right away and got it sorted. We did have one snafu, where I went to pick up the signs the day after I asked them to be ready and when I arrived, their storefront was locked and no one was there. I called and a designer let me know that they were out at a meeting and short-staffed and that my signs were at another location on L B Mcleod anyway. I was frustrated in that moment because I'd driven all the way out to this location (all our communications and quotes had this address) and their posted hours showed they'd be open. The designer handled me very well (again, I was stressed and annoyed) and Ben called me an hour later to apologize (family emergency- so I totally get it) and offered to deliver the signs for my convenience that day. That worked for me and the prints turned out great! My note would be, as the consumer, be sure to get specifics from them on when you can pick up your prints and at which location, as that info wasn't provided. Overall, Ben handled the situation really well and I'd definitely go to them again for large prints.

The estimates they gave me were reasonable. What set them apart was they gave me consistent pricing and it didn't change. ------Another business I visited gave me a different price four different times, I'm still waiting for a call back after 2 visits, one almost 2 month ago, and another last week. It shouldn't take over a month to get a product. Back to Guardian Wraps. They were friendly. They took the time to explain all their products. They didn't try and sell me things I did not ask for. One of the employees has a 1998 BMW similar one I used to have, a 1999. Hers is in outstanding condition. She took the time to explain the work she had done. I appreciated that. I loved my 99 E36 Conv. They =gave me options for work I may want to do to my current vehicle only after I asked. I put down a deposit, and scheduled a day for service. I'm in the process of moving so they were ok with me scheduling a day a few weeks out. So far I'm very impressed.

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it!
