This is pretty obvious damage on the side that I look at every time, so the fact I only saw this after I got this back indicates it was damaged during service. This is fairly bad too as you can see the metal underneath so now I'll have to figure out how to prevent this from rusting. Not sure if I can recommend again due to this unfortunate error.
