My worst car purchase ever. If you look up as-is and see what the absolute most horrible outcome of buying a car could be, this is where you would go. I made the BIGGEST mistake in making a purchase from these people about 2 years ago, and I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on repairs. A seemingly ok, one owner car has had one problem after the next. And some began within a week of paying for the car in full. Calling them back to ask for any advice on who to get help with service and parts is an absolute waste of time as they had no time to speak for me once the money was in their pockets. There are much better options not far away like the Chrysler, Ford and Chevy dealerships. I would not buy a car here again if you told me it would cost a penny. This has been a never ending and expensive nightmare and I realize now that I was absolutely sold a piece of junk. If zero stars was an option, I would definitely take the star off! read more

The Worst. Nelson flat out lies to your face. Gave $1000 deposit a couple days before Xmas for a vehicle and was told it was completely refundable if I came, looked and decided not to purchase. Well, I got there, the truck was not as advertised, smelled, and had noises coming from front end. I decided to not purchase. I asked for deposit back and Nelson looked me in the eye, shook my hand and said, yep, no problem and he understood. I would have my deposit back by the next day. Days went by and no refund, have called several times since and he assured me it would be sent. Finally had enough and got my bank involved to get my money back. Absolutely terrible business. Ok, first off this was the place I got my first car and it was an 00 jeep TJ... EXTREME stock but I had it lifted and new suspension put on before it rolled off the lot. It was all good until 5 minutes down the road when I literally could not hold the steering wheel because it was so wobbly. I checked the tire pressure and the front right tire had 8 psi... I was so mad I turned around but they were closed and gone. later that week I went to get an alignment, when the guy got under my Jeep he found that the bolts that held the lift on was stripped and lose... if he hadn't fixed that then I don't know what would have happened. read more

Buyer beware. Check google reviews, repeated same issues for people. I had the kind of experience that you dread having. The stereotypical used car salesman was super nice and the vehicle looked solid. Less than a year later I have put more money into repairs than into the purchase. I finally called them just to let them know about my experience of $13k repairs so far. And they said we can't predict what will happen to any car. Do yourself a favor and just go to Carvana, you'll end up paying the same price anyway. read more

This place is a joke. Went up there and got approved immediately. Went back a few weeks later and found the Jeep I wanted. Told me since I was pre approved there was no problem. Took the Jeep home that day. Didn't even get 10 miles and the caliper froze up. Had to limp it to an AutoZone and buy a new one and that was the beginning of the problems. They called 3 days later at 9am and said I had to bring it back. Ok no problem because I was having doubts this thing was worth what they wanted for it. All day telling me they had someone on the way to get it. I was at work and couldn't leave. They called my job, told my employees they wanted the Jeep back asap and acted like I stole it. Bought a 2000 Jeep Wrangler. It ran great until the first oil change after which the oil pressure bottomed out. After spending $200-$300 replacing oil sending units, found the the lower engine was damaged. This damage was apparently covered up prior to the sale by using a heavy motor oil. A short while later, the engine kept losing coolant. Found the head or head gasket is cracked. An engine replacement costing about $6k is required. These cost are in addition to the Jeep being overpriced. Buyer beware!!! read more

Disclaimer: I realize I bought a 12 year old vehicle (2008 4Runner) and it's AS IS/No Warranty. We didn't make it to the state line before the transmission started shuddering, AC quit working (ran out of freon because it has a leak), and the check engine light came on (because the ECU had been cleared to hide the problems it has). All of those things don't go wrong within 100 miles or by coincidence. My 16 year old son and I sat in front of them and told them he'd worked 2 summers to save up to buy a vehicle and they sold us this vehicle, knowing and not disclosing the things that were wrong with it. I drove 250 miles because I thought I was getting a good deal, and now I will spend more money than I ever would have if I'd bought one used at a local Toyota dealership. The good that came out of it...they taught my son a life long lesson about shady car lots. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this place. read more

I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. Finally got the opportunity to get one. Been looking for awhile, but the ones I found were either overly modified or really high mileage. A friend of mine that has owned a couple of Jeeps told me about Wrangler Ranch in Cleveland. Wife and I took a drive through the mountains one weekend and came back through Cleveland and drove past the dealership, which was closed. They had a bunch of Wranglers on the front line and several looked interesting. Got the web address off the sign. Looked them up and reviewed the inventory. Called the next day and SW Jack, who was very familiar with his inventory and was able to answer my questions without pulling files, etc. Due to my work schedule and being 1 1/2 hours from Cleveland, I was not going to be able to get back to Cleveland when they were open for a couple of weeks. Jack offered that If I wanted to come by Sunday afternoon while they were closed, to feel free to walk the lot. I did that and narrowed the search down to 3 of them. Next weekend I was able to get back to Cleveland while they were open. Met Natalie and she was also very knowledgeable and very patient and answered all our questions. Narrowed it down to 2 and she let us drive them both. We were able to close the deal that day. There was a couple of things I wanted to have checked out and she made all the arrangements to get them fixed before we picked it up the next weekend. Throughout the 3 weeks, they made contact with us and kept us informed and called when it was ready to pick up. We got there to take it home, and they had washed it and it was ready to go. Noticed it was missing a dome light lens that we had not noticed when we were looking at them. We purchased the Jeep "as is" so we were prepared to purchase one either from them or our local Jeep dealer. Jack did not have one, but insisted that he would get one from his local dealer and would mail it to me when he got it. And he did that and would not take any additional payment. Great customer service! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a low mileage Jeep. read more
