Prior to traveling from Opelika AL to Cleveland (3 hour drive) for a nice looking Jeep, we reviewed the dealership, AND talked to them about our trades in. The numbers were quoted to us, so we made the trip after having confidence that we weren't wasting our time. Well bend over and get screwed must be their motto. Totally undermined what they said to us, lied, and basically f'd us with no remorse. The owner, Nikki, didn't even have the balls to tell us himself. Instead he sent out his lackey. Unless you have plenty of Vaseline, stay away from this hole in the wall.

I made the BIGGEST mistake in making a purchase from these people about 2 years ago, and I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on repairs. A seemingly ok, one owner car has had one problem after the next. And some began within a week of paying for the car in full. Calling them back to ask for any advice on who to get help with service and parts is an absolute waste of time as they had no time to speak for me once the money was in their pockets. There are much better options not far away like the Chrysler, Ford and Chevy dealerships. I would not buy a car here again if you told me it would cost a penny. This has been a never ending and expensive nightmare and I realize now that I was absolutely sold a piece of junk. If zero stars was an option, I would definitely take the star off!
