My wife couldn't decide what to eat for dinner, and I was craving pasta, so we decided to try this new spot in our area--and we're really glad we did! They offer Korean fusion pasta, which was something different and exciting. My favorite was the Creamy Kimchi Pasta--rich, flavorful, and definitely the standout for me. The Spicy Chili Garlic with Bulgogi came next--it had a great kick and is perfect if you enjoy bold, spicy flavors. If you prefer something more on the classic Italian side, the Wow Spaghetti (their bestseller) is a good option, though it ranked third for me personally. For vegetarians, the Basil Pesto is also a solid choice. Overall, a great experience with unique flavors. Worth trying if you're looking for something different from the usual pasta spots!

Finally, a solution to the age-old dilemma - Do you want asian noodles, or Italian noodles tonight? Why not both? Enter Wow Spaghetti and an entire world of familiar and new, creative noodle/pasta options are available to you! I took my son (who, all you have to do is say the word "pasta" and he's in for whatever the experience is) for dinner one night. I had to try the Corn Cheese Pasta because I love all three of those things and if they're going to go ahead and put them all in one dish, I'm going to go ahead and give it a try. It was unique and pretty good. My son had spicy chili garlic pasta which he said was pretty good too. So there you have it, an Italian(ish) and Asian dish, both served to us at the same table. Genius! You have a lot of decisions to make (what kind of pasta, spice level, sauce you want in it...) The person who took our order (you order at the counter and then find a table and they'll bring you your food when it's ready) was very helpful in guiding those decisions, using her insight to let us know what other people have chosen and what is popular. It's a small-ish space but seating in booths or tables is available. The best part, I think, is that you can go back and have a completely different pasta meal depending on what you pick. We'll definitely be doing that.

What took me so long to try this great innovative Korean pasta eatery I will never know! It is owned by a wife and husband team. I only regret not learning their names. We were greeted as we entered and the wife took time to tell us about the menu and food. She gave us many sauce samples along witht the descriptions. There are many fresh pasta choices I am happy to report. We ordered the creamy bulgogi spaghetti mild and the spicy chili garlic penne pasta along with Corn Cheese which is a Korean-style street food. Everything was delicious! The pastas were cooked perfectly. The bulgogi is so flavorful and the servings are enough for two meals. The corn cheese was a baked dish of cheese and corn loaded with flavor. We will be returning here over and over I am sure! There is plenty of parking in the lot, and ample seating inside. It did fill up during the lunch hour. They have a large selection of bottled and canned drinks in a cold case as well as self-serve water. The restaurant was very clean and full of many returning customers. This is a must try!!

I redownloaded Yelp just to put this review in. This is the BEST PASTA I've had in a while. Dare I say this is better pasta than some pure Italian places I've been to. This tier pasta is easily $25+ at other restaurants. Would definitely come back. It's Asian fusion (Korean specifically). The best part about the pasta dishes is the noodles themselves, the texture is perfect and some of the noodles are freshly made. The mushroom one IMO is the best. Friendly service, and what a clean establishment. I really hope they stay around. This is a true gem. Ooh btw the bulgogi one was SO good too.

What a great find. I was really impressed with the menu and how easy the ordering process was. They offer a wide selection of pastas with a variety of sauces, and everything is fully customizable, which makes it easy to get exactly what you want. This is not your traditional Italian restaurant, but that is part of what makes it stand out. The variety of sauces is impressive, and there is something for everyone.

Went here for lunch today with a couple of my partners and we loved it. I love pasta and this place was so good. I got the Bolognese with the flat noodles and it was perfect. The flavor was good, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the customer service was great. My partners had the spicy chili garlic pasta, and he also loved it. I usually make fun of him because he's so picky with his food and he cleaned his plate. The side of garlic bread was perfect with the meal. My other partner had the pizza pasta one, don't really know the name, but he also cleaned his plate. The restaurant was cute. We will definitely be back.

I would have passed right by this restaurant if I hadn't stopped to read the menu! The pictures don't do it justice. The Kimchi Cream Pasta and the 'Wow Spaghetti' (sloppy joe over pasta) are what finally drew us in. The Kimchi Cream Pasta was perfectly creamy with a nice spicy kick and crunchy bites of kimchi. My husband absolutely devoured the sloppy joe pasta! It's great that you can build your own pasta or choose a specialty dish. Portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. We will definitely be back

My cousins from Fresno came over for thanksgiving and they wanted Paik's Noodle because they like jjajangmyeon, a popular Korean dish which contains black paste and other ingredients on noodles. However, the name changed to something different, now a Wow Spaghetti. Interesting to be honest, not sure why this change has occurred. Upon entering a day prior to thanksgiving, it was empty. Not a soul, not a human, nobody inside except the cashier and her dad. The sweet girl from the front was pleasant to customers and pleasant to watch. She was kind enough to give her view of what dish was popular here. There is a list of twelve delicious popular menu items on the wall for the customer to choose from. She requested to try the kimchi or spicy noodle dish. My cousins preferred the bulgogi noodle dish with cream sauce because it looked tasty. Of course I agreed with them. I didn't order anything there because I already have eaten prior but they both haven't eaten for hours and they were craving some sort of noodle extravaganza. The price for every dish according to the menu was around $15 more or less. It was okay I suppose, but could obviously be a better value in my opinion. The dish they chose in particular took around 10-15 minutes to receive. That wait is average for two of these noodle specialty orders. It smelled bizarre to be honest. It had a pungent Alfredo aroma and a blend of barbecue ribs. It however, tasted much different and was quite good. I enjoyed the flavors of the cream and bulgogi mixture to some extent, but it felt like I could have had more albeit, I shared this dish with my cousin. Overall, the ambiance inside is just like Paiks noodle but cleaner from what I remember and definitely tasted better than jjajangmyeon. The portion size was smaller although the flavor and taste of the dish was excellent. I could make spaghetti on my own but at least this dish is more difficult to create and tasted amazing. I would recommend to give it a try, but it was odd that nobody else was in there at any time we were inside which was about 20 minutes. I'd go again and maybe try something different, but the cream with bulgogi choice was one I recommend.

Pasta is delicious! I tried the lobster bisque with broken lasagna, and it was cooked perfectly. Creamy and could taste the lobster essence in the bisque sauce. No actual pieces of lobster though. The bolognese with meatballs was excellent too! Prices are decent. I do miss Paik's Noodles that used to be here! The owners from that former restaurant are still here but re-opened as this pasta shop franchise to appeal to the masses. Hopefully we can get some jjajangmyeon or black bean noodles eventually at this spot too, as another option aside from all the other pasta options!! It was so good, and I miss it so much! Fingers crossed! I've tried Wow Spaghetti at another location almost 2 years ago now (but it closed down sadly). They have another location in the OC and formerly in the IE. It was very spicy back then, and not much options available, but now they have different spice levels and different noodles and build your own pasta! How cool!

On the way to Disneyland and we stumbled across this place during one of our stops (driving from Norcal). Turns out this place became a gem for us! The Korean owners were so generous and attentive to us! Their bowls had so much bulgogi and noodles were amazing. This fusion was something we never had before but man this place does it right! Small cozy place with about 10 tables which is enough seating for about 50 people. Highly recommend this place!

Drove out to Santa Clarita for a little Sam's shopping. My daughter wanted Italian and I wanted Asian. So this place was perfect. Very clean and quant. Loved that they had a kiosk to place our order. Loved that they brought our food out to us. I ordered spicy chilli garlic with bulgogi and rose sauce on penne pasta with chicken. So delicious!! A must try.

Lobster Bisque with Meatballs & Pepperoni Baked Bolognese.

The menu is very straightforward... you can either build your own pasta or choose from their best sellers, which makes ordering easy and stress-free. We decided to go with the best sellers. My husband ordered the lobster bisque pasta with meatballs, and I got the pepperoni baked bolognese. After we ordered and sat down, there was a small mishap when my pasta was accidentally dropped while being brought out. They quickly remade it, and although there was a bit of a wait, I didn't mind...mistakes happen, and they handled it well. My husband really enjoyed his dish, and after trying a bite, I could see why...it was rich, flavorful, and delicious. My pasta was good as well, and I really liked the uniqueness of the concept and the different flavor combinations they offer. Overall, we had a nice experience and would definitely come back to try more of their pastas. A great spot for a casual, low-key date night.

Bulgogi Pasta with garlic toast and honey

Kudos to this new Asian fusion restaurant that recently opened in Santa Clarita!! The menu includes a wide variety of pastas, and you can choose your sauces (with any level of spicy) and proteins. The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant ambiance itself has the feel of a family restaurant. I ordered the Bulgogi pasta with a mild level of spicy. It came with garlic toast and honey, and it was amazing!! Many more visits to come!!! Thank you Wow Spaghetti!! 감사합니다!!

Once I was seated, looked over the menu and ordered, I decided to look up reviews on Yelp. Not as positive as I usually look for before selections a restaurant but I am so glad I came in before I made this snap judgement! I also saw that although being open for lunch, they again close to prep for dinner service so I am equally glad I stopped when I did. I selected the tequila chicken fettuccine, at the recommendation of the wonderful man who sat and served me, ( I was thinking about carbonara). I will probably wake up craving this pasta!! Flavorful, chicken cooked perfectly and not sitting in an overly creamy sauce. I also enjoyed a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, crisp and lovely, and upon inquiry, learned it is not available in stores! I'll probably be back for a glass or two of wine at the very least!

(And maybe not again.) The first time was a lot less busy and we had no problems. This second time was different, unfortunately. It was a Friday night and, being the day before Valentine's day, it was busy. No excuses though....if you are going to offer gluten free options you MUST be able to handle that accurately when it's busy. Our server was WONDERFUL and did exactly what she should have done with all of this. I had many questions about the gluten free options and she was able to answer them, or went back to the kitchen to double check. She did not make me feel like a bother or inconvenient at all. I ordered chicken alfredo with gluten free pasta. When my meal came out, it had fettuccine noodles. I had a twinge in my stomach because this did not seem right, and from last time, I did not remember those being the gf noodles. I asked the guy that brought my meal if this was the gluten free pasta, I think there may have been a language barrier because his accent was thick and his response was, 'is this what you ordered?' I said yes and he walked away. I waited for our server to come before I took a bite by so I could TRIPLE check with her and she noticed IMMEDIATELY the dish was not right. She said, 'oh no! This is not the gluten free pasta. It should be the penne noodles!' She took the dish away. I was interested to find that the correct dish with gf penne noodles came out within 5-7 mins. The only gf pasta that I know of that cooks that quick is fresh gf pasta (8mins). And this pasta you serve is not refrigerated fresh pasta, lol. Was the wrong dish sent to the wrong table by accident? But why did the person that brought my dish not know what he was bringing? There was also very little sauce to be found on the dish. I am not a sauce person so for me to say there was no sauce....it was almost non existent. Now....price. I don't remember the original price of the dish I got, but you up charge SIX?!?!?!?!!! Dollars for the gluten free substitution pasta (most I've seen is $3-4)? And adding chicken is another $8?! My dish came out to be $32. And I will be honest, it was NOT worth that. No manager came out to make sure everything was better. Nothing was taken off the bill for a HUGE mistake, that could have cost me my health or a trip to the hospital. Not happy with this experience. Not happy paying $136 for this experience. Train yourselves with more accuracy please. Thank you.
