While the crew came as scheduled, were very hard working and polite , they failed to properly cleanup and were somewhat thoughtless regarding plants. The crew left nails, roofing material and other debris everywhere. When notified the manager promptly made amends, however after that he did not follow through and the crew continued to disrespect the property and leave dangerous debris. After the workmen left for the last time there were many nails left on my driveway. It is possible that had the manager stopped by more often, the men would have been more inclined to respect property and to properly clean up! While the roof is probably fine, I can't recommend this company until the workmen are trained and supervised in respect for property and in cleanup. read more

I called Worth back after the Derecho happened in August of 2020 to get a quote to have my roof redone and to have some soffit damaged repaired. Kenney helped us through the process and they were able to provide me the best quote I could get. Spring came and finally work could be started, they collected the first payment for roof and soffit material. Roofers started work on a Friday, worked all day. Saturday comes around some workers show up at my house (I'm assuming to finish work) but instead they show up for about an hour to pick up some items they left behind. Sunday the same happens, they show up to pick up some items for about 30 minutes and leave again. Monday they show up again for 30 minutes get on the roof and pick up the remainder of their items and leave. No communication to what's going on at all. We call Worth to see what is going on/when they will come get their dumpster out of our driveway because we don't have access to park our vehicles and see when they will be coming back to complete the work. They told us they were done working on the roof and because we called to get a quote on siding they didn't touch the soffit because they would complete it when we do new siding (we contacted them to get a quote, but did not agree to move forward with new siding.) They said by mid week they would be back out to complete work. Next day Kenney comes to my home to collect payment, I had the check cut out for the remainder of the work (labor for the roof and soffit repair) but did not feel comfortable with giving him payment until the job was fully completed. I asked if he could wait until they finished the remainder the work which is supposedly going to be within 3 days and he said no he needed to collect payment then. I have two small children and my husband works an 8-5 schedule so it's not easy for me to just get in the car and go to the bank especially within COVID season when my son had a heart condition to go get new checks cut. I told Kenney when I get time I will try and go to the bank to get new checks printed but he needed the check then or a time where he could come back to pick them up, he literally would not leave my house until I could provide him with a new check or time. I honestly felt really threatened and just gave him the check even though I felt really uncomfortable with it. He told me he would email me later that day to confirm work will be done on that Thursday to complete everything, didn't hear anything. Called back the next day to confirm if work will be done, was told "they would have to check to see if they have enough material to be able to complete the job" I had already paid for the material yet, they didn't have material. Finally a week later they came and finished their job. The work they did was good, very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. read more

We had extensive damage from a hail storm in Earlham. Roof, siding, decking, gutters, doors etc. Took 3 bids, Worth was even with another contractor for low bid, gave them the job. Enjoyed working with Matt. Job took a little longer than expected but 60% of town was being done and Worth had majority of the business. They do sub some work and battle what everyone in construction battles, the sub that works at their own pace. Very happy with results, slight issue at final bill but it was worked out. Recommended them for 2 other jobs and gave them my other house in town. We absolutely LOVE our new Hardie plank siding and roof! Chris Worthington was so pleasant and easy to do business with. His crews did a marvelous job on all aspects of our home. They completed the job in a timely manner and left our yard clean each day. Our home looks brand new!! We see passers by slowing down to view our home daily. I would not recommend these guys for anything. The sales guy was very nice and I was convinced that this company did good work and that they had their own crews to do it. They used a subcontractor from 2 hours away and the guys wouldn't get to work until after 10am and then took an hour lunch at 11:30am, so nothing really started to get done until 12:30pm and then they'd quit around 4pm. If there was any rain in the forecast, they wouldn't even show up that day, rain or not. As a result, the 1-2 week project took over 4 weeks. I had a neighbor since have a similar project completed in 4 days. Also, they came to me after a week and said they needed an additional $900 because the design they started wouldn't meet code. They designed it! I was upset about that. Then they kept saying that it would be done soon and days turned into weeks. To top it off, before they fixed some things they damaged and finished the final details, they were demanding payment. With no communication beforehand, they showed up my house and started pounding on my front door demanding a check and said they wouldn't leave without one. I explained that I needed to go to the bank and get a check and a call before coming would have been nice. The project manager was a complete a-hole and it was absolutely shocking. So much so that the owner of the company came over and sat down with me and apologized and said his cousin had been murdered and he hadn't been involved in my project. I checked online and that had happened over a year beforehand, not as he said. He also gave a story about how the PM was having a bad day that day he was pounding on my door and that his kids was in the hospital that day. I doubt the truth in that one as well. The project was completed with sub-par work and I was expecting better quality and above all, better treatment. A year later and some of the screws have pulled out and some fittings look terrible.
