The UPS Store located on E Washington St is always crowded. Now they have added a self-check…read morestation for package drop off but there was no signage to alert customers to this time saving feature. When the store is crowded it would be of great help. While I stood in a line of 5 people, the clerk could have announced that there was a self -scan station over at the west side of the store. I didn't notice it until a 6th customer entered the store and went there directly. There should also be clearer signage as to what bins to place your items in after scanning. Since I couldn't make out what went where I just left mine on the counter. The clerks seem to always be in a bad mood. These days I don't expect a warm welcoming smile when doing business in retail establishments, but some form of acknowledgement is appreciated. It goes a long way toward fostering good customer relations.

I use them probably 2 a month on average to return stuff to Amazon. So easy. Most of the time I don't need a box or a label, unless Amazon specifies and it's usually jewelry. I just take whatever I want to return, scan my Amazon return QR code and UPS staff bags it and tags it AND gives me.a receipt do I can track the return.

I waited 9 hours for the delivery. They never showed up. I called customer service to find out what happened. The rep spoke with the delivery driver, and she said he told her "HE RAN OUT OF TIME" and he'll bring it tomorrow. If you're a delivery driver, how can you run out of time when you still have a delivery to make? So, everyone else's delivery is more important than mine? I paid $331.69 for a chair. I could've gone anywhere else to get a chair, maybe found one less expensive, but I chose Office Max. So tomorrow I have to miss work and wait for my delivery... again! I've been a customer of Office Max for years, but this has destroyed my faith in being a loyal customer. Printing or office supplies, sure. But I will find other places to purchase items that has to be delivered. Not by Office Max.
