Once they did, there was no communication on fabrication and install. After multiple calls and prodding from Home Depot, they gave us a date 3 weeks out. When, they showed up, the counters did not fit. No communication again. Now they are saying it will be weeks before they can try again. We made the mistake of paying up front in full. THEY DO NOT CARE about people.

I was sent a second proof and I quickly approved it without noticing they didn't update the text. It was my fault for approving it without catching their mistake. Even so, I wish they would give more attention to detail, especially when I make a request on original proof. The sign was a quality product and service was friendly, but lack of attention to detail made this a tepid experience and expensive lesson.
