I'm very frustrated with my experience with Santoni Investigations and would not use them again…read more The process started off poorly... the invoice was delayed, which delayed the location service, and that in turn delayed my process service. Because of those delays, service ultimately never happened before my legal timeline. I was also not clearly informed upfront about an expedited service fee being required, I guess due to the delay with the first invoice for location services. I ended up paying a large amount of money for them to "locate" the party at the same residence I had already personally identified. Communication was also an issue. I went 2 business days plus the weekend without any update about whether the individual had been served, even though I had a deadline approaching. It was not until after this deadline and on the 3rd business day that I was notified with an update. Then had to wait an additional day to receive a report. After reviewing the report, I was even more concerned. The report claims eight service attempts between February 12 and February 18 but repeatedly states "no movement was observed" at the residence and that the investigator waited outside and then left. It documents a vehicle in the driveway but provides no meaningful proof that a genuine service attempt occurred -- for example, no documentation of the investigator exiting the vehicle, approaching the door, or any clear effort showing contact with an occupant. In other words, I paid a significant amount of money, lost valuable legal time, received minimal communication, and did not get successful service, or even a report that would qualify for substitution service. A waste.

The next day I received what looked like a halfhearted attempt to compile some info together, which was really just screen shots of the same info I already provided. I let Tim know I was not satisfied with the results, and he said give him a couple of days to get back to me. Nothing. After that positive experience, Anita started to work with our senior leadership team in a year-long team coaching process. Anita's ability to build rapport with our team so quickly was truly impressive. She's caring, approachable and extremely trustworthy. Honestly, she seemed like a psychopath and a man hater, having rigid opinions on situations that she had no knowledge of. As their website states "We'll help you change your mind so you can change your life". This clearly represents everything they stand for and is driven by their strategy of hypnotizing women. They also state that they provide Christian counseling but I found Yvonne to be a fake Christian. I would NOT recommend YKI Coaching or Lavonne Earl as a counselor. There are many other better options for counselors who are actually educated and certified.

I took the Landmark Forum over 10 years ago and it was truly impactful. However, after interacting…read morewith Landmark over the years I have come to the conclusion this is a highly damaging organization who preys - often with good intentions - on vulnerable people. It intentionally uses peer pressure and questionable tactics to make people spend more and more in Landmark courses; it is absolutely NOT trauma informed and can in some cases traumatize and re traumatize participants. The program will not refund you money if you have a bad experience (you might be able to get a credit to use for another course) and the staff will always push Landmark as the solution to ALL your problems. My last experience with a Landmark leader was so bad, I complained and got nowhere. It completely turned me off to this organization for life and rang a 5-fire alarm. I have studied and interacted with many self development modalities, and while there are some good things in Landmark's approach, they do not outweigh the risk of you feeling worse and ending up traumatized from taking a Landmark program. Avoid Landmark, and open up to other more gentle and trauma-informed coaching or healing modalities. There is a lot out there, whether you are looking for a group program or an individual experience. I am sorry to say that after all these years, I feel strongly that people need to be warned about and dissuaded from taking part in any activity organized and run by Landmark.

I was invited here as a guest.. I guess he was 'graduating' from one of the seminars…read more The breakdown: This is one of those self help, inspirational, type seminars. It is designed to help you better yourself. It helps you realize how much potential you have and gives you encouragement on how to do and be greater. Of course, it is expensive. Of course, you already know you can always do better. Of course, you already know you can always be better. Do you need to pay so much money to realize your potential? Maybe. That is debatable judging on how much you believe in you. I believe in you! My friend told me he paid $500 for three days. Next he is en route to San Diego for the advanced seminar. That one is $900. Now, upon doing further research on this organization, I learned that most folks say this is a cult. Hmmm. I read that the entire thing is a scam. Hmmmm. There is scandal every which way you turn. Hmmmm. I know the founder abandoned his wife and kids, changed his name, then decided he had what it took to change people's lives. I don't care about any of that but I love reading trash. Don't believe me? Check out my book collection. Now, if any of that cult stuff is true, I care not. If I were invited to a Satan worshiping workshop, I would have gone. Hell, it might have even been more entertaining than this. I keep an open mind with most things in this thing we call life. I have studied the Law Of Attraction and I am a believer. I am in no way, shape, or form saying that my life is gravy. It has been a while since I concentrated on those teachings and so I've been a bit distracted. This Landmark Forum is the same deal. It convinces you to believe in yourself. To concentrate on all things positive and to strive for the things you want. The more positive areas in your life. The seminar was great. I thought I would get sleepy and or daydream about getting naked but I did not. I forgot the speaker's name but he was great at communicating with the people even though I didn't feel as if his words were completely sincere. Many people shared personal stories and totally broke down. I cried too. Not because I had a breakthrough but because there was way too many emotions going on in that room for a crybaby like me. I am crying right now as I type this. It is way too easy to judge people from a distance. When the speaker asked this woman why she was there, her response was, "so my husband can trust me". Then she went on and on about her relationship. The speaker analyzed her life to death and got to the core of what the supposed problem was. He then asked her what she can do to make the situation better. After that, he had people in the audience give suggestions. It made her feel better so I won't knock it. I wanted to speak but I am shy and there were way too many folks waiting to stare at me up on stage. I should have done it. Maybe it would have helped break a few barriers I have without having to pay, ha. The other reason why I decided not to speak is because that man is intimidating. It wasn't even normal intimidation...I felt like the speaker was talking down to us a bit. I felt that there was no way he wouldn't make me feel stupid had I gone up on stage. Things are so obvious when you're sitting in an audience rather than up on stage being over analyzed. - I am glad I accepted the invitation. I can't say that my life will change after this but I will definitely keep my mind open to it. Especially if so-in-so was serious about paying my way.. challah. Until then I am thinking it is about time to pull out my abraham-hicks book. * I was bad... I gave my old address and my mother's phone number when I filled out the questionnaire. If I want to contact them I will. I will drink the kool-aide when I am thirsty. = here is a cool article on one woman's experience on the 3day seminar. its lengthy but its a good read: http://motherjones.com/media/2009/07/landmark-42-hours-500-65-breakdowns
