Spoke to Luke. We discussed my issue and while we were on the phone he sent over a quote. I called back later that afternoon and told him I would drop the truck off Wednesday after work. I arrived, spoke with Luke, showed him what I did and he said no problem. We can get it taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was not expecting to get the truck back until sometime on Friday. I get a call this afternoon from Luke, Mr. Tim, your truck is ready. I was like what, no way! Sure enough. I went there after work to pick it up. I spoke with Luke as well as Stephen who rang me up. We discussed the warranty and even provided me with the old part. I drove home rocking a cold A/C the entire way there and it about froze me out of the truck. You could not even tell that they had to remove the dash to make the repair. Everything was just like I left it. They are amazing. Their pricing is just right and their warranty is excellent! Definitely go see these guys if you need a repair made.

Second invoice 48472 charge $1,316.54 dollars, vehicle mileage 274669 reason: while I was driving the car shuts off by itself and I almost crash. Tow the vehicle to the Christian brothers automotive and on-site I start the vehicle and I have a check engine light on. I took a picture and it shows the check engine light that gas tank having a 1 quarter of a tank and the rpms reading 900 rpms. I spoke with both boss on-site and said that the reason the car shuts off if because it was out of gas that the level sensors was bad. 1. First thing they replace the gas pump. What happens to test the equipment. (Test the gas pump and sensors) 2. They said that the gas tank was empty. How? when I was on their parking lot before i left the car over the weekend I took a picture and it has 1 quarter tank of gas, check engine on and reading 900 rpms while the motor was spinning. Someone is lying and is not me. Of course I have to pay $2,369.99 dollars no warranty and i was told when I show up the second time that if I don't like the service I could take my vehicle out with the bad sensors or I could leave the vehicle and pay. So much for religious mechanics. Difference of mileage from first service to the second service 238 miles. Be careful with this guys. They love the money without doing the work right the first time.

At a Mini mechanic claiming the same issue!RIP OFF! Went to my local mechanic and he said they were not being honest! since the owner wants to attack me, I was at this shop once before and it was a positive interaction however they said they cleared all my check, engine, lights and warning lights! Once I drove around for a few days, those lights all came back on and I purchased a scanner to figure out what was going on. Turns out that they could've easily figured out that all I needed was a Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid . So after two visits to the shop, not only did they not diagnose it, but it causes me to fail my inspection so then I had to purchase a reader and then fixed it myself! and they said that my warning lights for my headlights and my tail lights were short! So I bought headlights myself and put them in and the tail light was an easy fix, but they couldn't figure this out either! This shop is a farce. Don't trust them whatsoever the owners arguing with me over their failure to actually do a good job for their customers! This car runs great and I take care of it and have every maintenance done that I can as it's driven all across the country for over 107,000 miles so for you to question my upkeep of it is offensive!!!

I had this shop replace my oil pan gasket and do some transmission work on my 66 mustang, and they…read moremessed up both. My oil pan gasket leaks a ton of oil, and when I took it back to get it fixed, they blamed the leak on my oil pressure sending unit. When I got the car home, I cleaned all the oil off and the only leak was from the rear of the oil pan. The transmission work I had done they completely messed up. I had the bellhousing replaced, clutch fork replaced, and some other stuff. Recently, I noticed my clutch pedal feeling very heavy and my transmission started grinding when I shift. I pulled the transmission and found that Edwards hadn't put all the fluid that leaked out when they pulled the transmission. There was only 1.5 quarts, when there should be 3 quarts. And to top it all off, none of the bolts for my clutch where tight. Some were hand tight. Because of Edwards, my transmission is destroyed and I have had to replace it myself, and my clutch which was $1,000, is potentially destroyed. Do NOT take your car here

I will NEVER AGAIN allow Edwards Automotive to touch my vehicle for any reason. They increased the charge of my diagnosis twice and didnt mention the increase until after the fact. I just wanted my vehicle out of there and during the check out process i was almost overcharged $150 after disputing it. It was a mistake on their part but those mistakes occured throughout my entire experience. They also have an AI bot who takes calls and its very frustrating. They are also extremely over priced. We brought our car in on a Saturday for a specific noise during light acceleration and an overdue…read moreoil change. After diagnostics, we were told the noise was from the CV axles (and that brakes were also needed). We agreed to replace only the axles, quoted at $1,600+, and were told the car would be ready Monday or early Tuesday. From there, communication completely broke down. We received no proactive updates. Multiple calls were routed through an AI system with no callbacks. When I finally reached a person, I was told the staff member handling our car had been out sick and that parts were delayed due to a storm. Totally understandable -- but no one called us, despite us coordinating work, school, therapy appointments, and Uber with one car. We were then told the car would be ready Wednesday, but again received no call. On Wednesday, we were told one axle never arrived and repairs would be done Thursday -- again, no prior notification. When I picked the car up Thursday and paid $1,500, the exact same noise was still present within a quarter mile of driving. I immediately returned. After initially being told it was due to not replacing the brakes (it was not a braking noise), they test-drove the car and then said the real issue was a gunked-up timing chain/belt, which they "fixed" with another oil change and flush. The noise stopped. That raises a serious concern: why were $1,500 axle replacements done when the original issue was misdiagnosed and resolved with an oil change? Had this been correctly identified, we would have made very different decisions. Between the misdiagnosis, repeated missed timelines, lack of communication, and unnecessary expense, this experience was extremely frustrating and left us without confidence in the work performed.
