My Mother-in-law has a time share and we have taken trips with her to this location and also in Northen and Southern California. The Indio location is very popular, book in advance because you don't want to be on the wait list. Very convenient location, 1/2 mile from the Fantasy Springs Casino and Concert Hall, also adjacent to a golf course. Other amenities on the premises are swimming pools, game room for kids, laundry room, BBQ grills, walking trails, mini store with groceries and coffee kiosk. They host daily activities, like movie nights with popcorn, karaoke nights, arts and crafts. A calendar of activities will be given to you at check-in. We got a 2-bedroom suite, complete with a balcony, kitchen, cable TV, refrigerator, oven, microwave and living room. This is very convenient if you don't want to venture out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The grounds and parking lots are maintained on a daily basis. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is near the 10 fwy and makes for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We like to go to shop and dine in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage, which is only 15-20 minutes away. First time here and very disappointing! Day one My room has a leak! Day two still Nothing has been! Management hasn't even contacted us. 90 minute presentation turned into a two hour presentation and they refuse to give you your gift unless you complete when they're done. My boyfriend and I should've been signed up separately and they refuse to give my gift. Spoke Nicole and management. She refused to do anything and did nothing about it. Very very disappointing! If you're smart enough, the money that you spend monthly or your down payment for this timeshare resort, you can invest that with a financial advisor and make money instead of giving them 15 to 20,000 down and then a monthly payment of 200 to $400 a month and your pain interest of almost 18% be smart with your money don't invest! read more

Pro-tip: this is actually the ideal place to lodge during any of your festival excursions as it's in close proximity to the polo club, but is well hidden and removed enough where you have that three degree buffer zone of separation. Essentially, by day you'll enjoy the chaos, but have peace of mind knowing that when you go to sleep, you'll be refreshed for tomorrows fun. I came here during power trip, and there's one word to sum up the world Mark Indio: Peaceful. So why am I giving it 3/5 star? Well let's start with the positive: there's easy access to room as they give you easy access bracelet that codes to it exclusively. The rooms are actually quite spacious -- even for a one bedroom. My room had a full kitchen, coffee maker, plates, utensils, etc. there is a television but I didn't use it. The shower had the perfect pressure. I fully utilized the fitness room. Full weights, elliptical, treadmills, etc. and they have an entertainment center for families (which is located by the pool and lazy river). Now here are the drawbacks: This place heavily pushes their timeshare Schtick. So be prepared to resist at all costs. Once I left, they even attempted to spam my mailing address even though I booked my weekend stay through Airbnb . For such a gorgeous piece of property, they can definitely swing even a basic continental breakfast. They have a minimart /makeshift cafe, it's not free. If less quality stays can do this, I don't understand why this place regarded as a cut above can't. Staff forgot to refill the shampoo receptacle in my shower. They were very slow to replace and failed to provide any sorta of maid housekeeping service throughout my stay. You have to wear an additional resort bracelet that on top of your festival bracelet. So be prepared to free up both of your wrists for the weekend. The good news is that While staff are supposed to check, they didn't during my stay. read more

I have been here three times now and have enjoyed all my trips. Both pools are fun, as well as the lazy river. We used the gym and took out dvds from the rec center. Staff are very friendly and bring you whatever you need right away. We went on a hike up on the berm behind the resort and got some great views. We also toured Joshua Tree National Park, which is stunning. Winco is close by so its easy to get groceries. The rooms were clean and I like that each room has a tv. There is a Starbucks on site and a small store if you forgot anything. read more

A decent place to stay in Indio. It's a huge complex with multiple buildings surrounding a nice lazy river. My group of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite on the ground floor overlooking the lazy river in building 3. One bedroom had a queen sized bed, and the other had two singles. There was also a Murphy bed in the living room. There was a dining room and kitchen with basic utensils and a living room with a small TV with limited channels. Everything has basic but in decent working order. The lazy river was very nice. My friend had used it on a busier day and had trouble finding tubes, but I went on a weekday and it was easy to find inner tubes and very peaceful! The spa is the best part of this resort. I had a relaxing facial and the staff was awesome. The Lazy River Cafe is convenient and the game room helps pass the time. The pool area is the second best feature since its huge: there are two hot tubs. We were here in December and plan to go back in January. The proximity to the Fantasy Springs buffet is also a plus. There are definitely things they need to work on but I'm surprised at the low rating. read more

Rating: 4/5 A peaceful, family-friendly getaway with so much to love -- but the Wi-Fi really needs work. I recently stayed at WorldMark Indio with my boys and we had such a meaningful, cozy stay. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel -- perfect for families. We slept great. I loved the full kitchen (I enjoy cooking), the in-unit washer and dryer, and the spacious bathrooms. So convenient and clean. The resort is packed with things to do: * Two huge pools, a lazy river, multiple Jacuzzis, and kiddie pools * An arcade, craft activities for kids, and a theater room * Sports areas like basketball, tennis, and pool tables * Grills outside for BBQs * A large fitness center * And on-site: a Starbucks, café, spa, and a full shopping center The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole resort has a peaceful, relaxed vibe. I didn't take photos this time because I was honestly just recharging and being present. It was such a refreshing break, and I'm grateful we made these memories. The only issue -- and it's been ongoing with each visit -- is the Wi-Fi. It's not free, and even after paying for it, the connection was really weak. I had trouble staying in touch with my son, and he also brought his Xbox hoping to play, but the Wi-Fi made that really difficult. It was frustrating, especially because it could've made his experience even better. Still, I absolutely love this place and we're already planning to come back for our Fourth of July trip. 3.5 stars! Stayed here recently for 4 nights and the beds were a Godsent. Booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on Airbnb for a high price weekend, but in comparison to a dinky little room at the Hampton or holiday inn for the same price, we got a good value here! There was even a queen size Murphy pull down bed that was amazingly comfortable as well. We put the kitchen to good use, and the a/c was always on point. Concierge was friendly and they give you wristbands and make you sign an agreement regarding noise curfew and wristband policy. The only 2 downers were 1) there was no smart tv, or chromecast for streaming available. 2) the disguised "vip welcome package/party" where they try and get your interest in the Wyndham properties /timeshare. We came from a 3 hour drive, already spending almost $3k for the weekend.... We're not in the mood or the right demographic lol. Highlights: lazy river! Tips: they didn't check for wristbands even though they were so "strict" with the wristband policy.... Hello room keys. I appreciated the lax parking enforcement- as there was NO parking available after we came home at night....Suspicious. They have a lost and found department, but the item I left behind was of course not found.... Idk how their housekeeping can "not find" a whole standard sized pillow that was left on the bed. ... also suspicious. Would I recommend? Sure. Beds were still the best thing! read more

I spend 3 nights in May 2025 with my wife. The Worldmark Indio timeshare team offered all you can drink during happy hour after we spend 1 hour tour and We refuse to buy their membership. After the tour the all you can drink was a "Joke". They had drinks in their office terrible drink was in the paper cup and nobody was there. And they are calling me 10 times a day to reconsider to buy. I ask them not to call but they are calling everyday. Don't even waste time with those timeshare agents. read more

WORLDMARK INDIO is a great facility, especially if you're coming with your family. The kitchen is large, there are BBQ grills for you to use outside should you wish. It's also located behind a golf course, if this is the reason you're here. There are a couple of things though -- did they forgot to clean our room? There were used paper towels stuck in between the couch cushions, the dishwasher had some unwashed dishes in it (and the soap is still in the little pocket so it looks like they meant to turn it on, but forgot to) and there were desert bugs on the bed. read more

My dad treated my wife and I on a trip to Palm Springs with him. My dad is part of the WorldMark time-share so I'm unsure of the pricing/points involved during our stay. WorldMark Indio is a gated community. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite on the first floor. The living room consisted of a small couch, two chairs and a flats screen TV. One bedroom had a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom. The second bedroom had two twin-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. A double-sized Murphy bed located in the living room could also be utilized if needed. Both bathrooms provided basic hygiene products. A full-sized washer and dryer was nice to have during our stay. If one feels the need to iron, an iron can also be found in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with settings for 8 people. Coffee filters are provided for the coffee pot. A small 4-top table is located on the patio to enjoy early morning coffee while reading. WorldMark Indio grounds offer swimming pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, large BBQ areas, a small store, fitness gym, theatre and arcade. What you will NOT find on the grounds is an ice machine. Shifting between all areas of WorldMark Indio was simplified with the use of a programmed wrist band. The grounds were spotless. Parking was bountiful. I didn't deal with any staff members; however, everyone vacationing was friendly and welcoming and appeared to be enjoying themselves. read more

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool area and lazy river is great (and the lazy river has a wonderfully strong current), the tennis courts are good, I loved the gym, and and game room is good for kids. Why only 4 stars? Because you can't rate this this on the same level as a luxury hotel which is actually updated, etc. BUT...for being a little old and tired, it's a fantastic resort with beautiful grounds, and very, very well priced (if you're getting it through someone, not being scammed into a timeshare, which is a whole other ballgame). read more

First time staying here. Love the view of the scenery. The actual rooms are very clean. I like that they have security that goes around and a security at the front entrance prior to entering. They have several pools for kids and adults. Also several jacuzzi and a lazy river. They also have trails and a big golf course. As this time, pool hours : closes at 10 pm. Lazy river closes at 8pm. This is my second time and needless to say, I love this place! This time we came during spring break. You have to book way in advance. The grounds are well manicured. The lazy river, pool and tennis courts were the highlights. I wish they had more free activities though. The clubhouse did have a free movie theater and ping pong. Everything else in there you have to pay for. The fitness center was adequate. Everything in working order. I wish they have a Peloton. The business Center was perfect. Plenty of computers and 2 working printers! I recommend room 13204 because you can hear the creek and see ducks/ turtles. It is also close to the trash room. The balcony is covered. If you're on the 3rd or 4th floors the balcony might not be covered which is a problem when it's hot. The room was clean and spacious. Fits 6 people comfortably. Having been to other timeshares this one provides some nice amenities like tea bags and various spices. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items to cook a meal. We did go to some of the recommended places by the concierge. TKB was worth a try. The Mexican market, Vallarta was a great place to go for marinated meat, homemade tortilla and Mexican bakery. It was only a 5 minute drive. I found Chick Next Door on Yelp and I would highly recommend this small business. The chicken sandwich was so good. It is about a 15 minute drive south. I have Worldmark a 4 star because at check in they try to bait you into sitting through a timeshare every single time. It's high pressure and you can't say no! The second reason why I gave 4 star is that you have to pay for WIFI and it does not even work. Even if it worked, how can you charge for WI-FI? Full disclosure, I am a Worldmark Timeshare Owner. Just wanted you to know that I have a dog in this fight. Although, honestly, because I have invested in Worldmark, I find I am more likely to be critical if I find subpar facilities and services. After all, it's my money, and I take it very personally :) This most recent visit, I stayed eleven nights in a King Two-Bedroom Twin, and could not have been more comfortable. This is our third stay here at Worldmark Indio, for a total of about 20-nights. And I am happy. Happy with the parking, the pool, the polite and responsive Staff, the Security, the elevators, our unit, and everything inside our unit, our location (30-minutes away from Palm Springs) and the warm weather outside. An advantage of (forced) retirement (thank you, Covid) is that I have the time to travel, and to get away from the cold, rainy, dreary Northwest. That said, I unreservedly recommend Worldmark Indio as a comfortable, family friendly location to rest and relax, for however long your stay may be. Five Stars. read more

A scary and traumatic experience to begin with. My daughters and I got here late last night and checked in probably around 10pm. I checked in and got our room keycards. We were assigned to bldg 12-108. Drove to bldg 12 and luckily found parking. I told my daughters to wait in the car and that I will check where the room is at first. Took one of the card and looked for the room - it was just on the ground floor and not a far walk from where I parked. I figured I should just open the room and turn lights on and AC first before they all went in. I tapped the card and opened the door. I had to stop myself from entering because I noticed that there was a golf club set by the door, towels hanging on dining chairs and reading glasses on the table. Clearly someone else was still in there. I immediately shut the door and ran to my car.... tried to call front desk and instead called David (the guy who booked me for an RCI thing) and I frantically told him that our room is still occupied!!! He tried to give me a number to call front desk as he was already speaking to them and telling them what happened Front desk eventually called me and they were clueless and said that they will call security to investigate. They assigned us to a different bldg. This made me a bit upset and concerned that they don't have a clue of who was in the property. As I got to the front desk to get the new keycards, I could still hear some of them calling security to check on the room. They told me management will give me an update in the morning regarding the incident and up to now I have not received any call or email. I was so scared all night that I wasn't able to sleep... who was in that room? For this to happen and for staff to be clueless is really a big concern. AND perhaps management is still trying to figure out what the hell happend. What a horrifying experience. read more

I'm giving this resort 4 instead of 5 stars because my experience with the routine timeshare presentation was 2 hours of difficulty that I hope to not experience again. ASK FOR THE TOP FLOOR or don't stay here. Walls and floors are THIN!!!! And clearly families don't care about their children running back and forth let alone the adults themselves stomping like no one is below them. It's honestly THAT BAD. Other things to note: go to the back pool to avoid the CRAZY at the main pool and while the lazy river is cute, it's not long enough, the speed is not consistent, and overall it was just underwhelming. Love the onsite spa. Massages were excellent. Store with Starbucks is nice and all, but (all) the employees seem to hate their job. Negative attitudes all around. There are tons of "rules" on the property and specifically for pool areas. Every single rule was broken during our stay. Between the women smoking cigarettes, and the huge families with open drinks and food (IN THE POOL) and stereos blasting their own music over the resort music... ugh. Not very enjoyable. We got maybe two hours at the back pool that were nice. Two hours out of a five day stay. Will NOT stay here again. Considered leaving early to be totally honest. UTA: I see complaints about the wifi. We had zero issues with the wifi. Do wish they had streaming TV tho. Basic Spectrum tv is all u get. read more

The staff and the outdoor amenities have been great so far. Check in: it was curbside. Fast and easy. We got a map and room keys and were sent our way. 5/5 stars. The 1st room: we were given a 3 bedroom in building 11 and let me tell you the nightmare experience we had. Walked in and it had a funky smell. Almost like an old casino (smelled like cigarettes)...if you know, you know. Any-who, we started to unload and unpack in the kitchen and while opening the cabinets we were greeted by roaches. Then I noticed roaches on the floor. It was the worst. Phones calls were made and Edward from maintenance came right away and sprayed the room to kill anything left. We left the room for a few hours, came back and found more roaches coming out. It was at this point that we were done with the room and called the front desk again. Shout out to Cindy for getting us another room in building 6 now and let me tell you... 1/5 stars The 2nd room: absolutely beautiful compared to the first one. No funky smell. Looked remodeled and we even had bathroom toiletries!! Edward from maintenance came back and helped us move all of our kitchen stuff to make things easier. Oh and best part...NO ROACHES!!! the beds were more comfortable. The furniture newer. Everything nicer... 5/5 stars. Although....while opening the nightstand...items were left behind from the previous people staying in the room. Goes to show how well they really clean these rooms. Bring your own sanitizing items. Internet: reception sucks so definitely will need to buy the internet package they offer. read more

This was my first resort stay during the pandemic. I had my guard up but my family and I overall had a wonderful stay! A friend allowed us to book a 2-bedroom condo at her timeshare. We scheduled a road trip from the Bay Area and wanted to go the Palm Springs area. This place was a great alternative because after doing further research, this resort was the most modern out of all the options. In terms of location, you are about 20 min away from downtown Palm Springs and about 40 min away from Joshua Tree. The resort is situated on a golf course, less than a mile away from a strip mall with grocery stores and a casino. Less than 3 miles away from a Walmart. Lastly you are about 40 min away from the Cabazon outlets which I highly recommend going to by the way! This resort is gated and upon check-in you are asked to take your temperature. If you want to use any of the facilities like the pool (2-hour time slots) or basketball courts, you have to book a reservation. If available, you can book twice in one day. What I appreciated is they offer cards and wrist bands that as keys. It makes it so much easier to have a wrist band vs. a card key which I always tend to lose. Parking is free. Our condo was a 2-bedroom unit is building #7 on the 3rd floor. I love the location because I felt that we were in the middle of both pools and right in front of the tennis courts. The unit was full stocked with all the utensils, soaps, detergent etc. The condo is big enough for the 5 of us. Overall, for the first time in a long time I felt like I was on vacation. Guest services were very kind. We needed ice and they sent over a whole bag for free, they also recommended a few restaurants nearby that offered us a 10% discount for staying at Worldmark, all we needed to show was our wristbands. We enjoyed a great vacation and disconnected time at this location. We were able to enjoy the Lazy pool on the property to get away from the 113-degree temperatures and cool down a bit. The onsite store allows for additional convenience to purchase any items you may need in your room. The staff is friendly and will assist you with any of your needs. Gayle's Sister and her Husband vacation in more southern climates during the winter. They've also been smart with their WorldMark timeshare points over the years, and we've been lucky enough to be on the receiving end of their generosity when they invite us along during parts of their resort holidays. I'll also add that as much as we've explored the timeshare option, this is not our first choice when planning our vacations. However, for what they offer, every WorldMark experience that we've had, has been an enjoyable one. The WorldMark Indio is a large facility, tucked within the edge of the Indio (Palm Springs Area) suburbs. There's a nice public golf course (Terra Lago) here too that runs separately from WorldMark. It's also pretty easy to hike around the area around this complex, which includes both "badlands" and nearby housing development options. Other hiking options are but a short drive away. This WorldMark has a lot of nice features including large pool areas, separate hot tubs, cool "lazy river" recreation, central BBQ areas, nice green belts, and roomy condo interiors (living room and kitchen in particular). It's great to run on vacation time and engage in the world on your terms. As their are similarly inclined fellow vacationers around, the environment was as friendly and chatty as one wanted. And judging by all the US and Canadian license plates in the parking lot, there were "snow birds" here from all around. read more

Lazy river closed this weekend, wasted a 3 day trip, there is a pool and jacuzzi but not why this placed was booked.

We are nonmembers but decided to book 2 separate rooms at WorldMark to celebrate a family members birthday ( member of the hotel). Our rooms were booked 2 months in advance, plenty of time for WorldMark to secure our room and avoid overbooking. WorldMark cancelled our reservation the day before and blamed Expedia for the cancellation stating they have no involvement in any cancellations. I informed the rep the cancellation came directly from WorldMark via text and Email not Expedia, at this point the rep became rude and said they overbooked and members are priority. Do not book if you're not a member, they discriminate to nonmember even though their rooms are overpriced. You can find a much better room closer to town for the same price. read more

We loved our week in early December. WorldMark always does a good job, and we loved the pool (had to make reservations) and their attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Landscaping was lovely and peaceful; a good "getaway". Nice staff, they were happy to assist. Bracelets are used for room keys... this is such a little thing, but SO SMART... never lost room keys or searched for them... always on our wrist and bright Orange. Clean, well mailrooms, very nice balcony. Pretty rooms, appliances and kitchen supplies were good. We had to ask for dishwasher detergent 4 times but they brought it up within an hour and with a smile each time. We used BBQs most night for diner meats/ chicken / fish, they were clean and well kept. No waiting- there were several grouped together for each building and near pools. This resort was centrally located and a perfect bade for exploring. Looking forward to our next stay! read more
