The driver was a nice older man (who was kind of hard to understand). He also showed up in a pretty timely manner too, maybe like 5-10 minutes max to get to my location. I needed a ride to my house, so he asked me for my address and I told him. He simply put it in his GPS and off we went. The taxi looks like a taxi and can be identified easily apart from other cars (they're pink at the time of writing this review). But inside the car wasn't that nice looking. I'm not even sure if they accept credit or debit cards. It was perfectly fine, don't get me wrong, but it's certainly not worth the $25 they charged me for a 10 minute ride from work to home. The dispatcher doesn't care how long the ride takes only where you are going. It could be a 5 minute ride but if you go through a town or two you're getting charged big bucks. $25 is a straight up ripoff to go 10 minutes, that's 2 hours and a half of working just to pay a taxi for a ride home. But other than the outrageous price the service was pretty good.

For the short 10 minute ride to the doctor, they tried to charge $22! In the past it has always been $8. It's really a shame to talk to anyone like that and to only be concerned about making money. My poor mother called me shaken up and in tears. Was that necessary to make a customer cry? I tried to call back to discuss his rude behavior towards my Mom and he just shouted at me too ("oh it's you people again I don't have time for you") and hung up the phone. If you don't have time to care about your customers, how do you manage a business? You've clearly lost ours. Do not go here. For comparison, we had reached out to a few other cab companies nearby, who all quoted us approximately $10 for the same ride.

I'm not sure who the rest of these people came in contact with or maybe I have different standards, but it's looking like a Jekyll and Hyde situation and I got the worst one. I took Lyft on my return trip who by the way charged me $20 for a ride that Seaford charged $45. I will never use this crappy "company" again.
