However, they do understand enough English to get the job done although they may not be able to respond to you in English (so don't worry). The technician had a hard time removing the tire which had a nail in it. So he repeatedly kicked my tire (visualize a gladiator from the movie 300) while it was still on my car, hence the 3 stars instead of 5. There should be a tool (other than his foot & boot) for that. $10.00 to remove the nail and patch the tire plus a $5 tip - a steal on a rainy, Sunday afternoon!

Over an hour later, Chris, one of the workers, informed me a lug nut was broken and other was lose. They promised to install it if the retrieved the parts myself from the nearby Auto Zone, I did. Then came a sudden $100 surcharge for work already included in the service had paid for infull, I refused to pay it. After that, they were very rude and disrectful. What followed was unconscionable. Driving home on the highway at 60 mph, my newly installed tire began wobbling violently. A nearby mechanic found that all lug nuts had been left loose, a fundamental sasfty step no licensed mecahnic should ever skip. This is not a customer service failure. This is a criminal negigence. Do not bring your car here. They will take your money, cut corners on life-critical safety checks, and send you onto the highway in a compromised vehicle. You have been warned.
