I am late in writing this review, and apologize profusely. I Have an extremely busy schedule and limited free time. With that said I have to thank Heidi and the mechanic team at World Tech for taking care of me. From the convenience of booking online, right down to the service, I've never in my entire 50 years have received such outstanding service like I did than at World tech. I booked my appointment online and got a message confirming my appointment immediately. My appointment was booked for 8am the next day. No long waiting period like most garages. I arrived in the morning and was greeted with a friendly smile and attitude by Heidi. She took my information right away and accessed my car immediately and gave me a quote for the work I needed including a couple of extra minor things I needed done. There was no bullshit or them telling me I needed a million more things done to my car than was truly necessary. Her honesty and integrity was absolutely a welcomed change. I informed her that my time was limited and it was my only day off and that I needed to travel back to Provincetown that afternoon and had many things to do that day. She said that they would take care of me and have me out in no time. That was not an easy task as I needed new brakes, tires, balancing, oil change, and inspection. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area complete with extremely comfortable reclining chairs for a short while. then told Heidi that I was going to step out for a bit to get some things from the surrounding stores. I wasn't gone for that long maybe 1/2 hour. When I got back she said they were almost done. I was blown away. With the brakes, tires and oil change done and already going on the inspection station, at that point I was in disbelief, thinking I had hours to wait. I had only been away for perhaps 40 min. My total time from start to finish was no more than 3 hours. An astonishing small amount of time considering the work that was done. Heidi had informed me that she had gotten several mechanics on the job in order to get me out quickly, knowing I had an hour travel back to Provincetown and only having a short day to spare. Where have you had that experience before? The attention to my needs was met above satisfaction. Not only was the job done quickly, the low price blew me away to. I had been quoted for almost double what I paid in a couple of other places, including the one local mechanic in my town. Hence the reason I traveled so far from home. My car is driving like new. The work these guys do is impeccable, efficient and honest. I will gladly drive an hour to get mechanical work done here in the future. i brought a commercial vehicle to have an inspection. they failed and listed what needed to be addressed. the list was repaired and the vehicle was sent back to the owner to reinspect. they failed again with different items wrong. marker lights were unplugged. i returned to inspect this vehicle myself and after the inspection passed. they now tell me that i owe them a total of $319.98 for an inspection which took a total of 35 minutes total of their time. i refused and asked to have the sticker removed for they are robbing me. the owner as well as the counter employee threatened me and said i could not have the vehicle. i called the police. when the police asked to see their surveilance system to corroborate my claim of death threats because i questioned his charges, the owner made excuses for his behavior due to the virus. any business that threatens the customers does not belong here on cape cod. especially ones that are intentionally robbing people. a complaint to the bbb as well as the state inspections office have been filed. as well as advising many locals who need to deal with these criminals. as i was walking out they threatened and warned me not to say a word to anyone. they would find me they said. i am not even the vehicle owner just the mechanic working on the vehicle. this should be a wake up call to anyone in this business. criminals and thieves read more

I came into world tech auto center after being recommended by a friend. I'm not from around here and my car stopped blowing cold air all of the sudden. Took it to a different shop where they tried to "recharge" and they said it was my compressor AND condensor and quoted me $2300 for parts and service. I left there on the brink of tears calling my dad and uncle (who is a mechanic back home). They told me to get a second opinion. I started asking around at work and was told to come try World Tech Auto Center because they're absolutely amazing. I told them what I was originally told and the quote I was given for price. I left my car with them for a merely 4 hours and then was told it was only my compressor and that it would cost way less than what I was told. World tech auto center is a great place to take your car. They're reliable, friendly, and work extremely hard. As a person who doesn't know much about cars, it's scary when taking your car in because you have to trust that person to not scam you. Clearly, the first place wanted to scam me. World tech did not. And THAT'S where I'll be taking my car while I'm here in MA. read more

This place is amazing!!!! My car broke down when I was on vacation in Cape Cod, MA. Literally, parked in a parking lot and my 2006 Chrysler 300 went up in smoke. I had no idea what was going on or what to do! I threw my hands up in the air and as I turned in a circle, right behind me was World Tech Auto Center! My boyfriend pushed the car to the shop and they started working with us immediately! They diagnosed the problem in less than an hour, they got our car fixed before we had to leave MA, and it broke AGAIN after that and they also fixed THAT problem before we had to go home to Pennsylvania! ( the two problems were not connected in any way, just horrible timing) They not only fixed our car with great timing, but they helped us with a LOT of warranty issues we were having. They took the time to get a hold of our warranty company and proved to the warranty company that everything they performed on our vehicle was 100% covered by the warranty. Bess and his crew are pretty much the best mechanic service anywhere! When you get your car back, you feel its more like it just came off the line than just left a mechanics. They have the top diagnostic tools that take a lot of time and mistakes out of the works. Their mechanics are more like engineers or techs than simple mechanics. They can do the big jobs as well as small jobs and state inspections. They let you know exactly whats going on every step of the way. They have a great waiting room if you need with WiFi and Spring water so you can hang out in comfort. They don't use cheap parts, either so that work remains. They also let you know about anything they see that will need repair or replacement so they basically practice preventative care for your car! They are really competent and frankly over qualified, if you ask me! They can put Humpty Dumpty back together again! I am not kidding! read more

I cannot recommend World Tech Auto more highly ! After many years of being overcharged for little to none to terrible auto shop service for my older Mercedes, a friend with a VW recommended World Tech Auto. Niko and his entire staff of professionally trained mechanics are incredible. Exceptional service, state of the art software to keep me up to date on my appointments, extremely reasonable prices and they even deliver my car back to me when it's done. The World Tech Auto Center is a very classy auto place with very respectful and honest workers. I first saw the place while driving out to Midas on the same street to get an oil change and saw their sign for one for $17.00. I stopped in and was not disappointed with the service I received. They also told me they would be able to help me out with an issue I was having with out if state car inspection stickers, which made me very pleased. Needless to say, next time I am in the area and have car troubles, I will call them. read more

This is only my 2nd visit to World Tech Auto Center, but both visits were such a great experience. Having had rotten experiences at my local dealership, I am always hesitant. However, I will not go anywhere else but here! They are always transparent about repairs, time frames, and prices. They provide photo documentation to support the repairs suggested. These guys are great. I brought my recently purchased 2015 Jeep Cherokee to them with concerns of squeaking brakes. They did a thorough inspection and let me know I have brand new brake pads already installed so the squeaking was likely just sand caught in there or some build up from leaving it parked near the ocean for a period of time. I've come in a few times for brakes and oil changes. I must say they are as friendly, honest and professional than most Porsche dealerships, at half the price. They do fast, quality work and are transparent and fair on their pricing without trying to up-sell their services which frustrates consumers like me. In fact they do the opposite and give great free advice as they are very knowledgeable about foreign cars. I highly recommend them! read more

Nikko did an evaluation on my Mercedes and told me all the work that needed to be done. everything was fixed perfectly, my car rides better than ever. my only negative would be I was told to bring the car in one day and that the work would be finished that day. Both times my car was in it wasn't worked on until the next day. But , when completed no complaints. everyone at the front desk is helpful, professional and friendly. read more

Great communication from the service desk and the tech. They fit me in the same-day I called for BMW Alignment and we had no issues at all. Price quoted was price paid - no surprises. Absolutely horrible place to bring a vehicle, they said they could fix my truck, I was told I needed the middle barring on my driveshaft replaced, they fix the barrings but found out I needed a whole new driveshaft after I spent $633,00 .. then refused to release my vehicle unless I paid the fraudulent charges, they are crooked over there read more

World Tech has been excellent in repairing my BMW X5. They will repair items that the dealer just wants to replace for thousands. They have saved me a ton of money over the dealer.
