STAY AWAY!!! This company is a bait and switch! What they show online isn't what you get. Booked them for a company party with 4 pick up and drop off times, they were late to the 1st pick up, second pick up never happened, 3rd pick up never happened and the 4th and final pick up was over 30 minutes late. Someone said they saw the driver sleeping behind the building in the bus. The bus also was advertised to seat 30, we were luck to get 21 in there and it was packed no way we'd have fit 9 more people. There were no ice bins, glasses, champagne flutes, no TV, the lights in the bus were not like the picture with neon lights throughout... instead there was one led tube light hanging precariously from the roof, the seat setup was nothing like the picture and it would never have fit 30 people. I called the company to complain that nothing was as it was agreed upon and the man who answered the phone was super dismissive and told us to email him instead as he doesn't have these kinds of conversations over the phone. We told him fine we'll email, but we expect you to make this right somehow. He then started going off telling us that his driver was offended by how the passengers were all drunk. We work with one of the largest Global travel agencies. do NOT use this supplier. They go by many names (likely to avoid more bad reviews and be untraceable, Executive Charter ; World Prestige Limos . Their "manager" Paul Nepp is unprofessional and I will go to lengths to see is a scam artist at best. here's the background story. We booked several buses for a large private group transfers. Nearly 200pax attendees with all different routings for each bus. On the day of the pick up the drivers refused to assist with loading luggage even though the depot manager said it was part of their service. One of the several chartered buses was missing. 30mins late from scheduled arrival nothing, no call no communication to our agency or to the customer. We called the assigned driver as we asked for each of the driver's cell #s. He said he already picked his people up and was rerouted by the depot. Called into the depot and they knew nothing and said to call back in 5. Called back the depot again 10mins later and they "claimed" the bus was in an accident. It wasn't, we suspect a they were covering up did not send the last bus by mistake. The depot manager Corey was nice but was frazzled as it seemed like they messed up. She apologized and said a bus would be their within an hour. She knew they messed up customer service wise as well as with forgetting about sending 1 more bus and to call back to speak with their manager. After several back and forth with the "manager" Paul never once did he apologize for the bad customer service or their mistake in not communicating the so called accident and a bus would be a few hours late. Offered no compensation to the customer as well. Horrible service. Unprofessional. Paul treats his staff like 3rd class citizens as well as his customers and business partners. A requirement of the reservation is to provide a credit card. After the event, my card was charged $800 twice for the one trip. I contacted the company and they responded in writing that my card would be credited for one of the $800 charges. After three months, I have not been credited and the companies listed above refuse to take my call or calls from American Express. Do not rent from these companies! read more

Car engine caught on fire before we returned and had no replacement car. No lights, air, or radio plus smoke was so bad we had to pull over twice! No refund , no apologies , nothing! They are a terrible company to work with and, I believe, be acting illegally in areas too. In my case, they double charged my card. After months of fighting with them to realize the double charge, they emailed a refund receipt. However, after checking months later, they never processed the refund. Then they became very difficult to get a hold of and started telling me they would look into the problem. After months again, they finally said "this is not my problem and we do not own you anything." I called to check the availability of a sprinter van for ten people and get a quote. I was advised one was available, and I asked to hold for four hours to confirm with others and was advised to respond to a confirmation email to reserve by the end of the day. I responded to the email two hours later advising we did not need to service after all and was within their requested guidelines. I received an email that it was canceled, and no further action was required. A week later, I realized my credit card had been charged $1,800. So I called and asked for the amount to be credited to my American Express, and they requested 14 business days to refund me, yet that did not happen either. I had to call several times and was hung up on repeatedly; I finally had to dispute the charge with American Express after over a month of waiting. DO NOT EVER USE WORLD PRESTIGE LIMOS (PHONE: 888.978.2532 AND WWW.WORLDPRESTIGELIMOS.COM) Quite literally the worst customer experience I have ever had. I made the mistake of booking these deceptive sham artists for our wedding when, due to prom season, there were very few other options. I now wish I had picked anyone else. Hell, I would have had a better experience walking on glass and then parching my thirst by drinking down a tall, cool glass of Drain-o. What we wanted was for someone to pick up our wedding party at our home, drop them 45 minutes away at the wedding location and then pick them up again to return everyone home (2 neighboring locations) that evening after the event concluded. I was a bit shocked when I was told that the cost would be $800 and that I had to buy the entire amount of time between 1pm (pick up) and 9pm (return pickup). I asked if I couldn't just buy an hour to drive us and another hour to return us all and was told that was not possible for wedding service. I even suggested that the driver could do 3-4 airport runs in that time and it would be more efficient and better business for them to do it this way but, again, was told no - I needed to buy all 8 hours. OK fine, we don't have a lot of options and this is our wedding. Don't sweat it, this will help make it a special day, right? My first hint that this was going to turn into a regrettable experience occurred when the driver showed up to the house. I went out to meet him and let him know that folks were running a little behind and his immediate response was "you have no waiting time, I must go now." Needless to say that wasn't really an option so I immediately called the company and they somehow persuaded a driver whose next 8 hours belonged to me that he should stay and actually take us to our wedding. How lovely. Once we got past that issue I was able to compute the fact that even though we'd ordered an 8-passenger stretch limo (traditional limo) what showed up was a tacky monster of a jacked-up and extended Navigator-type that looked like a reject from a Chinese rip off of the Transformers. Worse, the air conditioning didn't work (there were 7 of us and it was 83 degrees and sunny), the sunroof leaked water the entire trip and the radio was tuned to a station playing only static with no discernable way to turn it off. The driver's poor English and non-existent manners didn't help matters much. When we arrived at the entrance to the location 35 minutes later I said to the driver "so we'll see you here around 9pm." His Russian-accented response was "not me, different car, different driver." This raised my hackles quite a bit as this news was inconsistent with the salesperson telling me that I had to buy the driver and car for the full 8 hours. With visions of him making airport runs in my head I stifled my anger and walked off to get married knowing I'd been fleeced. Cut to the conclusion of the evening. Wedding over, everyone feeling great. We walk outside and there is no limo. I call the company and they say to stay where we are, he'll be right there. It's now begun raining but hey, we're married so who cares. 15 minutes later we're caring a lot. He finally rolls up and -- surprise -- same guy, same limo. These shysters can't even get their stories straight. Here's where we go from bad customer experience to worst customer experience. Two days later my credit card is charged for another $200+. When I called to inquire about this charge I am told I was charged waiting time for when he came to pick us up at the house and again when he picked us up after the event. Are you kidding me? I paid for his time from 1pm-9pm and you want to charge me because we didn't get into the limo until after 1:15pm? And you're charging me while *I* waited for him to come pick us up from god-knows-where...IN THE RAIN? This is double dipping at best and just really horrible business practices by any measure. The coup-de-grace comes when the somewhat pleasant sales girl on the phone asks me to hold and then a few minutes later her boss/the owner comes on. This mouth-breathing troglodyte from Uncle Ivan's red brigade immediately begins yelling at ME. When I try to walk him through my experience all he can shout is "we send you email and you confirm." He had no interest in listening to the unsatisfactory experience I had with his company and overtly stated that he would do nothing to remedy the situation. I've gotten my bank involved in disputing these charges. Who knows if I will get the money back but I have now made it my personal mission to ensure no one ever uses these guys again. This company is extremely unprofessional. They are slow in responses and almost unattainable after a disappointing service provided. When I finally received a follow-up they were unsympathetic to the situation and did not truly own up to the poor service they provided. Instead, I received excuses that it wasn't their fault for being late and thus I would not receive much of a discount or refund even though the service I paid for was not what I received. Their vehicles are not well maintained and thus do not look like the sleek limos that you would expect and want from a limo company for special occasions. This company is a complete scam. They may provide actual car service, but their real business is screwing people making online reservations. I booked a limo for 6 days from now for my family trip to NYC. The stated rate was $149. There was no other indication of the add on charges except that "taxes and surcharges will apply". No mention of the fact that the "surcharges" totaled almost $100. Also, I booked a 6 passenger car and they booked me an 8 passenger car at a higher price "as a convenience to me" since we have 4 suitcases. I immediately cancelled the reservation when I saw the add on pricing, just minutes after hitting confirm. The reservation is cancellable but since I am within 7 days of my trip, they wont do it. Full price charge no matter what. It is a complete scam. So, after going round and round with these folks I said to hell with it, send the car. I can promise you that if they don't show up, I will be getting my money back (and if they do, I'll get a ride to the hotel at a bait and switch price). I booked a the car service well in advance for our daughter's wedding and after several e-mails with their CSR, I settled on a luxury sedan. We verified the service and then re-verified it to make sure there would be no problems. When the vehicle showed up it was a truck that had apparently been sub-contracted at the last moment. The driver "Sam" was very nice and he could tell that something was wrong, but it was too late to do anything. This company is a scam, in fact I would argue they are actually criminals. Here is my story: My fiancé and I are looking for a bus to take our bridal party to our wedding. The venue is in Battery Park and the hotel is nearby in the financial district. I received a quote for $1185 for a bus to and from the wedding. I politely responded that I only needed the bus for approximately a half hour each way to the wedding not for six hours. Therefore, I asked for a better quote. The company responded $585 all inclusive each way (which I took to mean $585 given my prior email). I agreed to $585 and they sent me a credit card authorization form. This form had no price on it and did not have any cancellation policy listed either. Yes you can say shame on my for moving forward from here but I did. I filled out the form and sent it back to the company. They sent me two separate confirms for $585 each for a total of $1170 on my card. The confirm had their cancellation policy included which was the first time I saw it. I immediately responded back to the confirmation asking for a refund and to cancel the reservation. The company replied that I can cancel the reservation but they are keeping the money!!! These people are total crooks as I called less than five minutes after they sent me the confirm and they won't issue a refund when they mislead me on the price of their service. Some facts I learned when I disputed this charge with my bank (which I hope others will find helpful). - Its illegal to charge a customers card without sharing a cancellation policy first - Its highly unethical / unusual for a company to send a cc authorization form that does not include the amount to be charged. I had emailed to get a quote for a limo rental from this company for a concert that my friends and I are going to. I was quoted something almost double what I was for other companies in the area so I asked if it included tax and gratuity as it was much higher than others I had seen. I got emails back calling me a pompous ass and moron and asked to speak to a manager. They refused so I called the main line, asked for a manager, a man came on the phone and said "this is a manager, you are a c*nt and f*ck off." I called back to try to talk to someone reasonable, the same person answered and started screaming at me about what a c*nt I was and then proceeded to define in very vulgar terms what f*ck meant and threatened that if I kept calling he would show me what this means. If this changes one person's mind then I will have Justice! I am a driver for a small company in Jacksonville, FL. My boss was contacted by this group with an offer of a flat rate for the entire run. The offer was way lower than the regular rate, but during a slow time, this is not unheard of... What was not discussed, is that World Prestige Limos, WPL, offers the client the option of adding the tip (gratuity) to the bill for a bulk payment, along with fuel surcharges, and taxes. They then KEEP THE TIP, and never tell the client or the DRIVER! This is Stealing! The client thinks that they are doing the best for the driver, and the driver is left getting stiffed at the end of a 6 hour run. Luckily I talked with the client and found out that they had paid the gratuity up front, but after calling WPL, and talking to the argumentative, over talking, rude owner, I find out that it is in their practice to TAKE THE TIP and not pay anything but the flat rate.... in other words, "screw you buddy" This group is NOT A LIMO SERVICE! They are a middle man broker, that is stealing from the sub contractors it finds to do the runs! Do not use them. Search google maps for a local limo company, and use them directly. They told me it would take 14 business days to see the credit reflect in my account which never did. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! I found this company from google search in dallas. I had made my reservation over the phone and I asked for pictures of the vehicle. She kindly explained they will look identical to what is listed on the website. I liked what I saw on the website and conifer end the 8 passenger Lincoln towncar. What arrived was an outdated SUV limo. The rear windshield wiper was literally hanging down, there we're runs of rust coming down both sides of limo from the windows to the bottom of car. The window tint had massive bubbles on all windows I LITERALLY THOUGHT I WAS BEING PRANKED!! When I opened the door, there was wood covering the floor! I told the drover this was unacceptable and asked him to. Call his manager. The manager said the veg I reserved was broke down and this should be fine. I asked why I was never contacted and he said he called and left a voicemail. After I received the confirmation I realized there was a 3 hour minimum which I must have missed on the webpage. The reservation was for the following day and I asked to cancel. As soon as I asked to cancel, The representative, Paul went on a rant, called me stupid, not smart, and basically insulted me for a minute or so and said that my reservation has been cancelled, I will be charged for the full amount since it's within 7 days (mind you I booked it only a day in advance and spoke with a rep who never Stated that I wouldn't be able to cancel) and if I tried to dispute the charges with the cc company, that I would be blacklisted from all credit card companies, forever for fraud. I hope you read my review as well as the people who actually used this company, before you pay a ridiculous price for bad service. I contacted many companies, including World Prestige Limo, requesting a quote for 1-way transportation for 1 person, from St. Charles, MO to Quincy, IL. From the quotes I received, the prices ranged from $235 - $300 with 1 quote being $595 (World Prestige Limo). I thought they may have misunderstood what I requested, so I emailed them back, stating that I received other quotes, average price being $255, and asked why their quote was more than twice the amount of their competitors. Their response definitely took me by surprise. From: prestige limos (prestigelimos@live.com) "Why is the sky blue? Why do people walk on two feet? Why is the ocean wet? And why do you think I care what quotes you've gotten from "competitors" and why do you feel like I have some sort of obligation to explain or engage in a discussion about my rates with you? I JOINED YELP just to write this review! I found this nightmare of a "company" when doing a Google search for corporate car services in Indianapolis. It pulled up an "Indy Prestige Limos" website with the slogan "High Class Limo Services". I should have known at that point I was going to regret going forward with them. I booked online and saw an $89 base rate for our needs on their rates page. During the booking process, there is absolutely no mention of estimates and no mention of calling them for an estimate before booking. They never give you an estimate at all except for some arbitrary rates on their "Rates" page. I book online and provide all attendant information. Parenthetically, I use corporate car services all the time and there is ALWAYS a final page that gives you the rate to be charged and cancellation policy before confirming the booking. Well in this case, it just confirms the booking without that final informational page being provided to you. So, you think you're going to see it pop up but you never do and you end up confirming without knowing the rate, the additional fees and the cancellation policy. Few seconds later, I get an emailed confirmation in the form of a contract that has the following charges: Basic Rate $138.00 AIRPORT 20.00 Gratuity 28.84 Discount OR 13.80 Gas Surchg 18.68 Trans Tax 13.42 _________________ TOTAL $205.14 Turns out, a simple, one way trip from the airport to a residence in Indianapolis was $205.14 and the contract also listed a 7 day cancellation policy to avoid being charged the full amount. I made this reservation 24 hours before we needed it. So, of course, when I called and asked about all of the extra fees and charges I was told "we charge an Airport fee for airport pickups" ; "we charge 10% on fuel" ; "we gave you a 10% discount for booking online, etc. She was rude but I ended the call and discussed it with my team and called right back. The next lady I got informed me that she would gladly cancel the reservation but we would still be billed. When I objected, she told me it was my fault for "blindly putting your credit card information in without calling first to confirm the rate". She also told me "anyone booking a car knows you need to call first even if there is a way to book online". She told me "it's not my fault you booked without doing your research". She told me "you can dispute it all you want with your credit card company but you signed a contract". She was rude, really nasty, refused to let me speak, argued me down and then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. When I tell you this is just about the worst customer service experience I have had in years, I mean this really takes the cake. EVERYONE IN THIS COMPANY should be arrested. They have highly unethical business practices and they are robbing people blind. They were going to hold the reservation for me while I checked if my client wanted me to book it (at a cost greater that his flight). DO NOT USE! I reserved a limo for an evening. Paid the three hour minimum and agreed to pay for any additional time. The driver called me twice during dinner wanting to leave. Told me I would be charged an additional 3 hour minimum. Then he proceeded to overcharge me by an hour. Horrible company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My friend was trying to make reservations for a bachelor party for his brother's wedding. He saw the price online, called and gave them all of his information. They followed up by saying that the reservation was not going to be confirmed until he followed up via a confirmation email with "authorizing information." An email was sent, and he replied back thank you but wanted to change the time of the reservation. Got no reply back.. The next day, he called to cancel the reservation because he had found a different bus service to work with. When he contacted World Prestige Limos, they told them that the money was non-refundable (1650 dollars to be exact) because he had sent them a confirmation. First of all, no confirmation was sent. According to their terms and conditions, confirmation includes that all the information about the trip was accurate, which clearly it was not. Secondly, in the terms and conditions it states that within 30 days the trip can be cancelled with a refund (although in a different place on the email it said 14 days, which proves that this place is not consistent at all). We are attempting now to take legal action against this company. Do not let this happen to you! Use a different company. This place is clearly a scam that makes money off of charges that they claim they are able to make. It's disgusting, unethical, and illegal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

Yesterday I began my research to book a few limos and a bus for my wedding. I did not expect to be utterly disgusted and offended by a customer service agent on the other end. You would think that any limo company in Vancouver, especially in our deteriorating economy and when companies like Uber are infiltrating the transportation market, companies would be trying their best to secure your business. One company, Prestige Limousines, made me see that I shouldn't have such "high" expectations. Here is the the conversation via email VERBATIM between myself and the "man behind the email." We would all be picked up around the English Bay area, and will be taken to the wedding venue, max 1 hr for those limos. I would need one to pick me and my fiancé and family up at 1am back to hotels, again, max 1 hr. I'm also looking at a quote for a shuttle bus for two picks ups for my guests. Our venue shuts down at 1am, so I would like to see about a shuttle pick up for 11pm and midnight. Thank you Prestige: All of our vehicles, as you can see on our website, have a 3-5 hour MINIMUM, so max 1 hour is not an option. For a quote, please let me know times and how many passengers you'll have. Thank you, Prestige Limos Me: Ok, so how does that work for weddings then? I mean, I don't need a limo sitting outside my venue while I get married and have a reception for 7 hours? Seems a bit odd to not have limos for pick-up/drop-off only. Prestige: It is not odd, it's actually common practice in just about all limo companies worldwide, since limos are not taxis and don't work as such. The limo would need to be booked for the entire duration. Whether or not you need it in between is irrelevant, as it will not be available for anyone else unless their schedule conforms to yours, which is not likely. Therefore you would have to pay for the service for the entire time, from the first pickup until the final dropoff. That is how it works for weddings. Me: I literally just got two more quotes back for hourly services from Vancouver based companies. But thanks! Prestige: Good for you. I hope your marriage lasts. Me: How dare you. You must be a pretty miserable person to be so cruel. I'm saving this correspondence and calling in about 30 minutes to complain about the deplorable service and terrible insult you just gave me and my future husband. You're customer service skills are HORRIFIC, and I will never recommend this company to anyone I know, and will find an opportunity to give you terrible reviews via any channel I have at my fingertips. Prestige: Looks like you must have a lot of time on your hands to be doing childish things like that. Have fun. Anyways, I truly hope no one has to experience this while planning their wedding, and NEVER book with this backwards company. We later discovered this is a company based in NJ, and they have TERRIBLE reviews across the board. It seems to me this is a huge scam, and using the "man behind the emails" favourite line, "he must have a lot of time on his hands to be a huge A#*hole." And I imagine he has this much time on his hands because he doesn't have any customers.
