I called around and Yoli was knowledgeable, friendly, and stated she can't promise a quick same day turn around because that wouldn't be best for my ring. I trusted her and left it with them over the next couple of days. They were able to k spent it closely and detect what was wrong and fixed my loose Center diamond. She made sure I knew the diamond signature number before and after so no funny business went on. Even tho it was a simple service, I still felt like a valued customer. The whole experience was pleasant from my first interactions with Yoli on the phone to taking my diamond wedding ring home a few days later. If I were staying in San Diego, Harold Stevens would be my new preferred jeweler and I would entrust Yoli with all my jewelry needs. Highly recommend, you will not be sorry you chose Harold Stevens. After calling and speaking with Ryan, I went into the shop and he showed me a bunch of different options and gave some ideas of what I might want to go with. We settled on a 14k white gold band which I put an order in for and it was ready in about a week. Although I really was just buying a small ring, Ryan took the time to explain all my options to me as far as materials and prices patiently. It was a great experience and I will definitely be returning in the future for anything else I may need. They also do validate parking in the garage below the building which makes things a lot easier for busy days downtown.

My…read morehusband always had plans to design my engagement ring, but our plans became expedited due to my grandmother's health. He began seeking out jewelers for a last-minute solution only to be met by negativity, refusal without explanation, and in one case strung along only to be dropped after wasting precious time. He found Liz and she changed Everything. She Listened to him. She explained to him what was difficult and what was achievable with his timeline and worked with him to make it happen. She was rooting for us from day one. I got to meet her when we went back to design the wedding bands and I couldn't believe her genuineness. The stones I wanted in my ring are soft and tricky, but I love them. She was honest and stern, and gave me every bit of information and advice to make the right choice for ME. Again, I could feel that she had our very best interests at heart every step of the way. She is upfront, sincere, knowledgeable, and compassionate. And my ring is freaking Perfect, a mirror to my soul. She's our jeweler for life. See you in there!

My ring came from a local but semi-big jewelry company, and I wanted to share my concern first with a local and reputable jeweler. Liz went above and beyond to take multiple steps to make sure that my concerns were heard. As someone who doesn't know that much about fine jewelry, I had complete trust in Liz's expertise and her suggestions for following up on my concern (e.g. looking up the GIA certificate number, connecting with the individual who wrote my appraisal, connecting with my original jeweler with specific guided questions). For about two months of this journey, she was alongside me during many of these steps and precautions, including connecting multiple times on the phone to make sure that I was comfortable with each step we were taking. By the end, I was satisfied with the information we cleared up, and the steps we took to confirm that the 'crack' was a natural inclusion that came with the stone before it was placed in the ring setting. Liz's thorough commitment and generosity to help me, despite me not being an official client, speaks volumes to her level of service and dedication as a local jeweler. When it was time to design our wedding bands, there was honestly no one else I had in mind after how generous Liz was with my initial concerns with my engagement ring. Liz worked with my fiance and I to design our pieces. Something that sets Liz apart is that she will be upfront with you about a piece, telling you its longevity and practicality for your daily living, while also giving her professional opinion about how it looks. We never felt pressured to get a certain piece or go a certain direction, and she worked with us to better understand what we were looking for and narrow down the final vision. In the end, we both created custom pieces with complete confidence in Presley and Co. For any future brides, this was easily one of the most enjoyable and straightforward tasks of wedding planning. We love our pieces, and I couldn't be happier.
