My experience with Armin and Diamondful was nothing short of wonderful. I reached out to Armin with an inquiry if he could not only design a custom ring for me, but do so in a very short timeline (one month). Armin responded almost immediately and walked me through the process. After showing him the design, we discussed budget and, based on that conversation, Armin presented several options for different price points within my budget. He provided all the necessary information on the center stone (cut, clarity, etc.) and provided video clips of each center stone for my own viewing. After choosing the stone, Armin provided regular updates on the 3D renderings of the design, and further provided updates on construction and timeline.
