I called Sam and asked about a reminder message that was displayed on my speedometer about an overdue service. He explained to me what the service involved and gave me a very convenient appointment day. I had also noticed my inspection sticker was also overdue! I guess I need to drive the car more often and pay better attention to it's required maintenance! I dropped the car off seamlessly on the appointed day and left it in their good hands and was called the same day early that afternoon telling me that it was ready to be picked up!! If you are familiar with dealership charges, you will be Extremely Happy with World Foreign charges and fees as well as the very professional expert technicians. The remodeled facility is top notch in my book. I'll be having both of my vehicles serviced there again! read more

I have owned 3 Mercedes GLS 450 and always gone to the dealer for service. my 2022 was riding extremely rough and I though "what will this cost me at the dealer to check it out". I read the reviews or World and thought I should give it a try. It is a small shop but they live Mercedes. I dropped it off Thursday evening and when I called 7:45 Friday I was told it was some fault codes on suspension and they had reset it. When I went to pick it up he told me to drive it a bit first to make sure it was fixed! Drives like new and they have a new customer! read more

No one could figure out what was going on with my car and he did they are great guys and know Mercedes

So I have a Mercedes Benz (2004 S430) that the engine gave out on me at just 80,000 miles. I was so worried about how much this would cost me considering my car is in showroom condition. Needless to say, a family friend suggested I contact WFCS and I got an awesome price and these guys didn't just throw any old thing in my car. i was told originally that I would have my car a week ago, but the right motor with the wrong engine harness was sent to them, but they are so great that they are searching ONLY for a motor with comparable mileage, they aren't settling for just anything, I pray to have my car back this week, but I truly trust these guys. I recommend them to ANY Mercedes Benz owner in VA!! -Datron Winston read more

The Best place to service your Mercedes Benz Cars. Yes they only services Mercedes Benz cars. The only on in Richmond area who will not fool you on the parts and the services. They also cost you less than the Mercedes Dealers and car will not have any problems. I had faced numerous problems after I got it serviced from McGeorge Mercedes when I was new to the area. I ended up spending like 4-5 K and the issue was even not with what parts they changed. Finally I had stuff corrected when I got it serviced from WFCS and at a slight less rate too that what was offered to me at McGeorge's. They are genuine and will always provide you the best and cheaper solution to any problems in your car. read more

I blew my transmission in my r350 called Sam and Sam got my car back on the road in 3 days. Now 3 month later car is running great. Today my water pump broke called Sam at 11am and am now back on the road at 3 pm. Great service with a smile. read more

What can I say. This place has great customer service and they only charge you for what you need and not make you purchase a service or part just to make a larger profit from you. I must say that I don't know much about cars just the basics. I took my vehicle here for a simple oil change and to check the coolant because the light came on. Initially, I was skeptical because when I called to schedule my appointment, Sam just said bring my car in on a certain date but he didn't give me an exact time. I read all the positive reviews and decided I would give them a try. I took my GL450 in about 8 am and Sam greeted me and asked what services I needed. I informed him of the coolant light and the oil change. I left and forgot to tell him to check the tire pressure as well because the light came on every now and then. I received a call about 11 saying my car was ready. I expected to pay way more than what I was charged. He didn't even charge me for the coolant. He told me that my sensor for the tire needed to be reset and he took care of it at no charge. I will definitely be returning here for my automobile needs. If you don't want to be overcharged for services and get great customer service, then this is the place go. They service all foreign vehicles. read more

Hard to believe I have been taking my Mercs here for over 2 years and never wrote a review. I am righting that oversight now. What can I say that would be better than knowledgeable trained technicians that get the work done fast and charge a price lower than the dealerships? I guess that is enough said. read more

This is a great place. I am perfectly comfortable in asking them to check things over and do what is needed, although I would never do that anywhere else. I have only talked with them on the phone, since I live in Franklin and have to drop my car off and night and have them leave the key in so that I can pick it up after hours. It's 75 miles from home to Richmond, but the trip is well worth it to know that your car is in good hands. My Mercedes is 12 years old, and I'm confident that World Foreign Car can get me to the 20 year mark. read more

Cannot even give them one star. We have taken our cars there for over 12 years, paid thousands of dollars to them and at the moment getting the run around from them to fix something they broke and damaged on my car. Waiting for the end result to post more, but right now I have been treated badly, lied to, given the run around and still no apology. You won't believe this story from beginning to end, that will surely get posted if there is no positive outcome, trying to give them a second chance to make things right until I let everyone know this story. Have been going here for years. There's not a better to place to have your Mercedes serviced. After reading the positive reviews I decided to give Sam & Joe a chance and I must say that the reviews were right. I've taken my C240 Benz to them on several occasions and I must say that I've been beyond pleased with their professionalism, work ethic and customer service. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. I actually took my car in for my service B with the intent of taking it to be inspected the following day as my sticker I was going to expire the next day, to my surprise when I picked it up my STATE INSPECTION was complete the pink slip and inspection invoice in my passenger seat. When I asked about this I was told "We noticed your sticker was going to expire and we had a small window of time so we took it next door and took care of it for you" THEIR COMBINATION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & GREAT QUALITY OF WORK MAKES THEM A RARE FIND!!!! THEY HAVE DEFINITELY FOUND A REPEAT CUSTOMER IN ME. read more
