Awesome customer service, weighed the laundry, she wrote down my requests (no perfumes/dyes...small allergy) and she gave me a total. She asked if I wanted to pick them up later. The non caring owner claims that this brand of shirts shrink. So, apparently he knew this before cleaning the shirts, before taking my money and never warned me of the shrinkage issue until after the damage was done. What makes it worse is that he never apologized and made me feel as if I was the blame for his error. I'm starting to feel like the other disappointed customers who said that all they care about is your money. They only care until you have an issue. I never had this issue with my previous cleaners. Also, I never had a shrinkage issue with these shirts at Dry Clean World until recently.
