The non caring owner claims that this brand of shirts shrink. So, apparently he knew this before cleaning the shirts, before taking my money and never warned me of the shrinkage issue until after the damage was done. What makes it worse is that he never apologized and made me feel as if I was the blame for his error. I'm starting to feel like the other disappointed customers who said that all they care about is your money. They only care until you have an issue. I never had this issue with my previous cleaners. Also, I never had a shrinkage issue with these shirts at Dry Clean World until recently.

First off, finding a dry cleaners that will do all of your clothes for under $1.50 a piece is heaven sent. I can't even imagine what our dry cleaning bill would be otherwise. We've been using this cleaners for over a year now, and contrary to what you might expect for a "value" priced cleaners, these guys actually do a pretty good job. Don't get me wrong, they've burnt a few buttons, and on an occasion or two I have been less than satisfied with the garment I've gotten back. But all in all, they do a consistently good job, are very friendly and an exceptional value. As of late it seems that they have gotten very busy, and that has resulted in longer wait times to get our clothes back. Just don't wait to the last minute to drop off your items, and don't go in expecting to get them back the next day.

This place isn't big on personality but it's efficient and gets the job done.

I asked if they knew any other place that might help me, because I needed my order same day. They said, "No." I just happened to see Snow Cleaners across the street, and took a chance. Not only were they able to do my same-day order that day, I got a text message from Steve, the owner, when they were done. I switched cleaners that day and have been there ever since, only regretting that I did not discover them sooner. Would highly, highly recommend. They've been there 33 years for a reason.

The machines are spotless inside and out, and the entire facility is clearly well maintained with even spaces for our kids to enjoy. Their wash-dry-fold service is fantastic and saves so much time. Clothes come back fresh, perfectly clean, and folded neatly. The transfer service makes everything even easier when we want to do it ourselves but are short on time. On top of that they offer dry cleaning, shipping services (Amazon returns included), and even have an ATM on site. They also run special promotions which is a great bonus. We're even considering renting a mailbox here as it's open even when the place we're currently renting our P.O. Box is not. Yes they did if fact they stated they even place their own detergent in there. I wasted 16 bucks on a water wash. The dry is best used 8 minutes wait till it's completely dry then place 50 cent to get a full 16 minute drying. If not you must enjoy wasting more money because if you put a dollar in there the machine will deduct 4 minutes for inconvenience fee. So instead of 16 minutes for a dollar your get 12 minutes for a dollar. Hope this helps someone or hopefully they will fix the issue if not the owner will have more money in there pocket.
