This location of Menards is huge…read more It's two story with a cart escalator. I didn't even know such a thing existed. But, at good ol' Menards? It sure does. I have a love/hate relationship with most locations of Menards. The love: They have literally everything. Their stores are packed with anything you may need for any DIY project you're considering, whether it's an indoor plumbing project our an outdoor landscaping adventure--they've got everything you need. The hate part comes in with the same note--they are so large and have so much stock that it's always a bit hard to navigate. So, exemplary service comes in clutch. Unfortunately, in my opinion, that's where many locations of Menards falls short. Not so, at this location! We were on the hunt for something specific, enlisted the aid of a worker who walked us to the aisle and made sure we found what we needed. Hurray! Get to it!

Big box and hardware stores typically don't have the size of metal that I need, they won't cut to size, and their prices are always 2x to 3x more than Speedy Metals. I would guess that most of their customers are industrial and commercial, but even so, they have had no problem whatsoever with my smaller orders. Quality metals, great service, fast, and great prices. I would recommend them without hesitation.
