The whole project was and still is a disaster. From hitting utility lines . Improper mix of concrete which is labeled on the bag , metal inserts installed incorrectly to manufacture instructions some holes less than 18 inch deep , instead of digging post holes to below frost line they just cut down the post to make appear that they put them below the frost line some post holes have zero concrete. Which not sure if that even matters at this point when they didn't even use the concrete correctly.I also contacted quik Crete regarding how they used concrete. they used a dry pour method vs the wet mix which the instruction on bag says wet mix only . Quik Crete confirmed that dry method for this type of concrete was incorrect and it would cause the concrete to prematurely fail or not even bond at all . Damaged panels scuffed gates from when the left the job site with some of the materials for the gate and not taking the proper precautions to protect them in transport . Gate doesn't operate properly and they are not even level . Caps blowing off , fence panels have 10 inch gaps underneath and some are resting on the ground . They also FAILED CITY INSPECTION.
