I brought them a 2013 Chrysler 200 that was owned by a cigar smoker. I had to clear out the trash, including half burnt cigars and lots of trash. This car was really dirty. When I got it back it looked and smelled like a new car!!! The seat rails, which before were filled with ash soot, are now perfectly clean. I was so pleased I sent them another vehicle, not nearly as bad. I highly recommend Jay and his crew for detailing! read more

Not a full review because I didn't go forward with using them. Booked a Groupon bc it was near my house and also checked their site to ensure no extra charge for my Nissan Rogue. It said only extra for "large SUV". When I called to schedule, they said the address is incorrect and instead of 3 min from my house it was now closer to 30. I was quizzed about my car. If I had kids. If I had pets and what make/model. When no kids or pets he said ok, so it's pretty clean? I was told I would be charged extra for an suv and it seemed as if my car was deemed "too dirty" that would also be extra. I thought this was what they did was clean cars? I cancelled the two groupons and was refunded. Their website and Groupon should list the correct address and give accurate info of what vehicles are deemed "large" requiring an extra charge. I'd say proceed with caution? read more

Took my classic car down, got a decent clean (middle of the road package), but it's clear that classics aren't their strong suit. I was in a time crunch, and it was a decent clean for an ok price. Would take my new cars there, but will plan ahead next time and clean my old cars myself. Additionally, one of the side seat panels looked like someone had shot BBs at it. I don't remember that being there before, but hadn't looked closely when I dropped it off. read more

One star is being generous. I should have turned around & left once I saw the dirty, junk filled garage where they wash the car. I wanted a hand wash on my brand new car - literally one week old - after a snowstorm left it very dirty. I was very specific about just wanting the exterior gently cleaned, wheels cleaned and tires shined. I clearly asked them not to do anything inside, as the car is new and not dirty. I just asked that the all weather mats be cleaned. They take you to a "waiting room" (a dingy lunchroom with dirty tables) WAAAAAY far away from your car. I had to clean a table before putting my computer down on it. TWO HOURS LATER...they finally come to tell me it's done. I can't even adequately describe my dismay at the job. My car was still dripping, none of the door jams had been dried, there was water on the back seat, and a sickening "air freshener" smell permeating everything. MY NEW CAR SMELL WAS GONE. They charged me for a full detail, which is not what I asked for. I was so upset at the time, I did point out a few of the problems but there were too many, so I paid them and left. I went home & dried everything myself. I sent a detailed complaint the next day, and they did refund me. But I'm still trying to flush out that air freshener smell. BUYER BEWARE. read more

This place is AMAZING. I hate to admit that I let my car go. I had let my SUV become the "anything goes car". Hiking, camping, three big dogs, you name it, and I didn't keep with regular cleanings. It was so dirty that I thought about cleaning it before I got it cleaned. I was actually speechless when we picked it up. These guys made it look like new. Literally new. Great customer service. Ok this place is not bourgeois by any means. I was very skeptical when I pulled up. I did read the previous review but I needed my car cleaned asap so I took a leap on this one. I am glad I did! My car was sparkling! Inside and out! I was very surprised! I am an OCD crazy cleaning stay at home wife who is crazy about cleaning. I have no complaints on the new cleanliness of my BMW X5. The guys seemed nice! My car was definitely clean, and cleaned out! I had a couple of things in the car when I dropped it off (and for some reason didn't think to take them out. When I got my car back (which was as they were closing, so it was a rush checkout), I got home and noticed that I was missing items (umbrella, windshield sun shades, paper towel rolls even that were tucked in the back door for emergency spills). I called them and they told me that they were never in there. When I assured them that they WERE in there, and that I had a witness with me that morning to account for that stuff, suddenly my stuff showed up at their office in another box. However, it was just the umbrella that they found. They said that when there is stuff in the car, that they put it in a big box, and then when that car is done put the stuff back into the car. Well, based on the story (after them accusing me over and over of my stuff not being in there) what had happened was that one person from the shop put my stuff in one box, and the rest of my box in another. This caused one of my boxes to end up in someone else's car, and then my box of stuff was put in my box. It doesn't seem that complicated (almost like "you had ONE job" kind of thing to me). It was then noted that the next morning the manager walked into the office, and all of my stuff was in the office. He was very kind, and told me he would drop the stuff off at my work, ann that he was sorry because his whole staff was sick, so they were confused and had to do rush jobs, and stay late and he doesn't like to do that...etc. Fine, he came and dropped off my stuff, which included the umbrella, and something else i cannot even remember it was that trivial. He said that the sunshade was in someone else's car and he would return it to me the following day.... This was at least 6 months ago, and I have not yet seen the sun shade again. However, in their defense, I did say keep everything but the umbrella (it's a MoMa umbrella, that was pretty costly). I'm not worried about it anymore, but I'll probably look elsewhere for car detailing in the future. Make sure to bring your car in on time, and remove all items from your car! Otherwise, it slows the process down. Also note, it is behind John Nolan, so you enter through the service entry and go right around the building. read more
