THE WORST COMPANY TO FLY EVER!!!!! Like others say : RUN RUN RUN from this comapny .... I repeat DO NOT GET ON THESE PLANES... they are more than 40 years old, we were scheduled to fly to DR at 8 am this past week and little did we know that our flight got brought back down twice from the air... first time 20 min into the flight the alarms started going off and the " mechanic" came put of the cockpit flying towards the back of the plane to see what it was ... they determined they had to bring it back down to MIA to check the sensor light... get back off the plane ... oh and all this time Ac not working other passengers screaming out " please turn on the air, I have low blood pressure and nothing the air wouldnt turn on.... Horrible ( thank god for my portable fan we got from Amazon ) helped the kids at least ..... after we are waiting almost an hour for them to see what the sensor light was : they finally say : ok , its time to board back the plane , we are ready to fly... Get back on the plane ..... ac was running for a few seconds not too cold but acceptable verses no ac the last time ....as we are back in the air again this time by 5 min more : alarm starts going off again that the plane has to be brought down again because they need to check again!!!!! by this time all the passengers screaming out get us out of here.... we are dying of heat, open the door!!! get us out of here .... it was horrible ..... they pulled up wouldnt let us off the plane because they had the plane off the gangway and it wasnt connected ... by this time after everything we had already gone though , we had been in the plane for 15 min with no ac again... NO WAY i had just finished calming down my special needs child that was already shooken up as it was from all the stress of comming back down the first time, took my boy to the bathroom up front ( we were in row 4) and aside from the fact that its a box in size , there is no running water in the toilet nor the sink... Guess what they had to wash your hands with : a bottle water from bjs ... WTHECK back bathroom was broken too..... finally we got out and at this point everybody is screaming that how can put our lives in danger twice.. by this time rverubody is screaming that they are not putting us again on this old plane that the walls are ripping off the paint , the ac vents are rusted and broken... after all this , they wouldnt give us any info on the 3rd plane and then after half hour or 45 min they were saying that there was a plane comming from DR to pick us up and the flight was at 6 pm... we had just had it i had to make a decision that involved keeping my family safe and not flying on that 3rd plane .... it was almost 2 and our flight was ssheduled for 8 am , it has been more that 6 hour delay...they offered us $15 dollar vouchers to eat Pizzahut ...( it was through the travel agent we booked with though ) we had not eaten nothing all day .. no water offered in the plane at all for us to drink none of both times... some others were calling American airlines getting flights to get them to DR and paying almost 600 bucks for a new flight because they did not want to fly with this airline again.... staff was not friendly at all... we had to wait for them to go through all the bags so they can get our bags plus our electric scooter... which was in great condition before getting on this plane .... they throw your studf like it has no meaning , my scooter has big scratches ob thw paint and it was missing one of the batteries so we had to wait again another 15 min so they can go get our battery and they messed up our luggage and gave us another passengers luggage they had to go back up and get us ours ...they never returned my $10 each of DR fee for person( we are 4 so $ 40 bucks down the drain , plus the parking fee as welll...... Stay clear of charters and DONT FLY WITH THIS COMPANY , your life depends on it it was a horrible experience overall, read more

The worst airline you can fly to Cuba. Flights are never on time, and the staff at Tampa airport, as well as in Cuba, have a lack of professional ethics. I will never buy a ticket from this airline again. read more

By far, this has been the absolute worst experience I've had with this airline. I have been waiting for more than 14 hours for my flight, and nothing. I will never use this airline again. We have been in the airport for more than 14 house and the flight crew haven't provided a drink to us. This is disrespectful and inhumane. Charging a lot of money for a 45 minute flight. I suppose to be in flight 502 departing to Havana Cuba on 01/11/2025. The crew was avoidant and aloof. The messes up part it that they will probably delay the flight again. Terrible.!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! read more

Honestly if I could, I would give a zero star, this is the worst airline you can ever choose, they charge you for everything, carry on even, no food, no compensation, 10 hours delay two ways, baggage left in another country both ways and never let you know when they are available for pick up. I had to rent a car to pick up my bags and go blind to the airport since they don't respond either. Stay away from this airline, you may suffer a heart attack. Do not recommend at all read more

Terrible, awful, I do not have the proper adjectives. Used twice for my mother in law and she's been bumped once and delayed once. Not a big issue until you consider that they are a small charter airline with 8 obsolete MD-80's (according to their Facebook). Since they are small they only have regional connecting flights to other airlines. Their bumps and delays have meant that I have had to pay for two extra tickets on other airlines because world atlantic will not own their failures. When I've called for assistance I get voicemail and up to this point never a call back. read more

World Atlantic Airline - About their airline and their jets from the world atlantic airlines Facebook page. - Private Jet Charter Near Me

World Atlantic Airlines is a major Immigration and Customs Enforcement charter carrier used to deport immigrants from Alexandria, VA and Brownsville, TX back to Central America. In looking at the airline, I found that one of their (very old) MD-80 jets had to make an emergency landing in Alexandria with collapsed landing gear on April 20, 2018. 108 immigrants were on board. There were no fatalities. read more

Worst Airline on EARTH.!! The worst one...!! I don't recommend this airline to anybody...!!!! 5 days ago (08-31-2018) , my mom flew to Cuba, her luggage hasn't arrived to Cuba yet today September 4th,2018. The luggage she paid at Miami International Airport to the airline. That's disrespectful. She's gone to the airport in Havana City 4 times in her visit, waisting her money, waisting her time miserably, and the airline doesn't have an answer about her luggage after 5 days. I went today to the main office at Doral, and talked to a supervisor named ARNOL OCHOA... he told me he could find out about the problem, and he'd call me back. He did it. He told me he contacted the charter, and they said my mom's luggage went to Havana in the afternoon, today 4th, September, 2018. My mom went to the airport again, and her luggage was NOT at the airport either... That's incredible. ! Awful job.! They never answer the phone in the main office. Don't lose your time calling, they never answer the phone they provide in the web site. They don't answer e-mails either.! Horrible situation, and horrible airline... read more

This charter company is a total disaster. If you ever book a flight to Cuba or anywhere else and these people are the charter company run and find another. Waiting from 4 am to 2 pm to fly and still no answers and no plane... read more

If it was possible to give less stars, I would. Having flown commercially and charter, this was officially THE WORST FLIGHT EVER!! This company was booked to charter a flight to Jamaica. We were left in the Newark Airport for 12 hours with very little info and what we did receive was lies. There was no offer from the "guide" to cover food, drinks, or anything. Instead he actually went and hid in another terminal. We were supposed to arrive in Jamaica Monday at 3:30 PM and never arrived till 5:00 AM Tuesday! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Same thing happened with me Havana-Miami. The airline was World Atlantic, completely unacceptable 8 hour delay in the airport because of faulty equipment. World Atlantic will not return my e-mails or calls about this disgusting service. Never again. Mas nunca! read more

Stars? Really? No way would I rank your company as worthy of even one star. Chartered by my company to fly over 120 guests to Jamaica, but stranded in an airport for over 12 hours. No representative bothered to tell us what was happening except mechanical problems. We were told a replacement flight would be sent from FL to Newark 3 different times. Each time was a lie. When we were ready to leave the airport, some one finally admitted the plane never left Fl. This was 8 at night. The plane finally made it to Newark at midnight. The return flight was much better ONLY A 3 HOUR DELAY! My company made the arrangements through our FL division so we were somewhat stuck. Then the Atlantic rep who flew back on the plane with is had the nerve to actually say to our VP/us: "What are you complaining about? We got you back didn't we?" Use any means of transport in any area this company serves but DO NOT hire World Atlantic Airlines. You WILL regret your decision read more

Do not use this airline!! Total disaster trying to get to Jamaica with a 12 hour delay! Flight back home was just as bad! We were scheduled to return home to Boston but instead taken to a different airport in Bedford MA and told a shuttle bus would take us to Logan airport !! We were told we got bumped for a "VIP" in the Boston airport . Completely unbelievable sorry that I will be telling people for years. Not sure how the representative, Jonathan still even has a job. He was horrible!!!! Run from this company. Do not book the flight no matter how much money you might be saving. Don't do it!!! read more

Horrible experience!! Left stranded for 12 hours in Newark with 190 other people trying to get to Jamaica! No plausible explanation and only attitude when asked what was going on! You would think they would improve in the flight back, but nooooo, almost as bad. Don't use the airline!! read more

I'm giving a review of 1 because I can't give them -5. This is the worst airline ever, 16 hours of delay in a flight Miami-Havana. I completely lost one day of be with my family, and they only tell you: we don't have more explanation, you need to go home and come back 16 hours later, this is insane, this can't be accepted, so angry with this incident. read more
