The abduction/ adductor machine has been broken since October of 2023, needs cables. They recently added 6 paper towel machines to clean the equipment to the gym, only 2 had paper. You have to search for a spray bottle with cleaning solution most are empty. The foot stand on the calf machine broke off last fall it is still broken. They only vacuum the floor once a week. The carpet needs cleaning. There is a list of equipment that needs repair, benches can't be adjusted because they are missing knobs. They keep saying the gym is scheduled for upgrade or in negotiations but some of the problems can be fixed fast. Like cleaning out the lockers, people leave open containers of food and drinks in them along with unclaimed clothing. They had a fly problem in 2021 you would think they would make sure the gym is clean/. Lastly, the door has a scan code reader it's been broken since January 2023 anyone can come in 24/7 so it's not safe after hours if you are alone.

When it comes to gyms, this location is perfect if you live right in that area between Brentwood, franklin and Nashville. I live near Nippers Corner, so it's literally about a mile away. The type of people that go here are great too. You won't find anybody eating pizza while working on their leg day... However, a recent move forced me to find a new gym . This WOA is conveniently located & easy to find. Parking spaces are shared with Aldi & Great Clips, which are both next door. I pay for my membership fee through a program called Healthways through my health insurance. So, I do not pay my membership fee directly to the gym and have no interaction with staff regarding payment. I've become acquainted with Gwen who works at the front desk & she graciously greets me by name & with a smile every time I walk in if she's there. She is super nice & very encouraging. All of the staff members seem friendly. They keep the gym clean & are involved in activities with the members to encourage fitness. The gym is smaller than other gyms like Gold's or NAC, but it's size is comparable to any other WOA. Ofcourse, as the name suggests, you can access the gym anytime with your keycard, even before & after staffed hours. Unlike NAC, which is only accessible during staffed hours. There are plenty of machines and an area with weights. It's perfect for me & my fitness goals. I have no complaints!

We closed our membership within the first month - the guy at the front desk assured us that we would NOT get charged the $50 (x2) annual club fees - and if we did, to let them know and they will refund it. Of course - we DID get charged the Club Fees - and now they refuse to refund this money. I wouldn't go to this gym unless you want them to tell you one thing then do the exact opposite.

Good news is - there is a beautiful Planet Fitness facility 2 miles away and they clean, have lots of new machines and answer phones! Crazy, but true.
