Coordinating the time was very simple as he was always quick to respond, we agreed on a time, and he showed up at the very beginning of the agreed upon time window. In person he was very friendly, and while my project required a few additional steps (the fireplace being taken to a specific recycling facility, and paperwork proving its recycled status), Tao was more than willing to accommodate these unique requirements. It would've taken me a week just to wade through and inventory everything. Renan (the owner) came with his crewmate. I explained the situation and how even I didn't know how much there would be. They rolled with it, and and in about 3 hours they had everything moved out. They generously stayed firm on the initial estimate, which was a very fair price, but I managed to argue them up a little - they truly deserved it. Saved my back and so much of my time. They must be Tetris grandmasters: their van was already nearly half-full, and I couldn't believe how they fit all of my junk in their van!

They arrived first thing this morning (I had asked for an early slot)--they were extremely polite and professional. They managed to get the job completed so quickly--the staff of two was done within 30 minutes. In terms of bid just a bit shocked at how on point of a timing estimate they were able to make based on the picture. One person came back and said he'll provide an estimate once coming to do the job, Busby quoted 40% higher then their quote and JMJ Junk Removal was about four times higher than their quote (the person who contacted me conceded he could try to come closer but would need to see to assess). If I ever have something in the future would just contact them directly. Great firm.

The trailer dropoff was prompt, they answered all my questions on the spot and made sure I was good to go. After we had filled it, I wasn't even awake for the pickup itself. They were that quick and unintrusive. As far as the trailer itself, it was perfect for my residential needs. Sturdy, stable block-stops even on an inclined driveway, and held all the furniture and junk we were getting rid of. This service could get by for construction sites, but I think where they'll really shine are any contractors working at residential/homes, office sites, or real estate companies looking for estate cleanup disposals. 10/10. If I didn't clean everything this time, I'd definitely use them again in the future. I think quite literally the only room for improvement would be some measure of ramp for the trailer, and it really wasn't that big of a deal for our purposes.
