Get the attorneys that treat you like a beloved family member I was in a rear-end accident and was hesitant to reach out to a lawyer. A family member recommended that I call Harmoush & Rashedi Law Group to be safe. That was the best advice I was ever given! Samy handled my case right away and with the upmost concern. During our first conversation, I explained to him the details of the car accident and told him of my medical history, as well as my pre-existing condition. By our second conversation, Samy had already researched my condition & knew the symptoms & how it might affect the case due to my memory & speech issues. My condition affects my memory and ability to communicate clearly, but Samy was VERY patient & very honest and by far exceeded my expectations. Samy explained everything to me, several times, in detail & in different ways so that I would remember & understand. Boy, how I wish my OWN doctor was like Samy by listening AND understanding everything I was trying to convey! As we were nearing the closing of the 1st case, I was rear-ended a 2nd time! That made BOTH cases VERY complex. Yet with Samy's expertise he was able to guide me through the whole confusing process without any issues. Samy was very communicative and would even reply to me during weekends or late evenings. Not only was he communicative with me, he was also communicative with my son. That means Samy had a whole different set of questions coming from my son. Never once did Samy complain or even express frustration keeping my son in the loop. In fact, Samy said he preferred my son be in the loop so that my son could help me if needed. Samy's sense of family is very strong and I am so grateful for his respect of family. I felt like a family member more than a client and still do! I have called him for a little advice and he always steers me in the right direction. When we did virtual mediations and depositions, Samy took extra time beforehand to walk me through how to use Zoom. I'm very technically challenged so it took some time for me to get it right. But Samy never got frustrated and even made it fun. Overall, H&R Law Group is great at communication, and they are truly concerned about the well-being of their clients. They strive to make the process of your case as easy and stress-free as possible. Their understanding and ability to explain the legal process to a "regular person" is exceptional. Samy is a wonderful person and a darn great lawyer too! My son and I will be forever grateful for Samy and his firm for helping us settle my case for a great amount. read more

Truly a law firm that will stand with you until the end. Few years ago I was visiting family in San Jose, I rented a car with basic insurance, the same day I got the car I got into an accident. someone ran a red light and totaled the rental. Thankfully there was a recording of the accident from a security camera in the area, the police saw the video and wrote in the report that I was not at fault. A few months went by and I was sued by the rental company for the total price of the car $21,000, I was back home in NY by then. I reached out to Samy Harmoush for a consultation and he took on my case. Even though I was not at fault I was being held responsible for the damages, Samy worked on the case from every angle and reached out to many people to get enough witnesses to support my case. Samy was very supportive, understanding and patient. He did not give up. I don't know what I would have done without his help. such an amazing law firm highly recommended :) read more

I was involved in my first car accident that left me feeling extremely hopeless and lost. I needed guidance and Samy Harmoush was extremely personable and sincere. He took his time to thoroughly explain to me the legalities of the issue and guide me through the process, as well as make sure that I was well aware of my rights. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding car accident cases and his advice lead me to directly getting more money than I originally anticipated receiving. He even followed up with me directly afterwards to make sure everything was going well. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is involved in a car accident and seeking legal advice. I consulted Samy on a legal problem facing my family. He is not one of those attorneys trying to take all your money and just bill you for things you don't absolutely need. Samy listened to my situation and within a few days came back to me with a series of different solutions and gave us a great understanding of the costs involved with each option. Then he worked with us and got our problem solved. He took so much of the pressure off our shoulders and delivered just like he said he would. I trust this guy and will recommend him for every legal problem. read more

Samy Harmoush was an excellent lawyer for my former high school student. He got in some trouble with the law but is a good kid. It was an especially sensitive case due to immigration status. He explained every step thoroughly and helped get the case dismissed so it went from what could have been a felony charge to only a few days of community service. He is very passionate about helping his clients. He definitely changed my student's life. read more

I had to take care of an urgent legal manner within 72 hours. I called at least 20 different law firms in SoCal and one in NoCal. The request consisted of a legal consultation and review of a legal document I prepared. No one was willing to help me because the offices worked on contingency. I totally understand that but I was willing to pay for the services and all I needed was some direction and an attorney who was willing to lend a helping hand. I received two replies: one attorney took the time to hear me out and offered to provide assistance with a 4K retainer fee due to the quick turnaround. I appreciated his feedback but could not afford 4K. The second attorney was Samy Harmoush. From the moment I spoke with him I desperately hoped that he would be willing to help me. He was calm in his nature, took the time to listen and asked me to share my story. In spite of the fact that he had an inundated schedule while preparing for an upcoming jury trial, he offered to help me with the preparation of my document and gleaned some great legal advice. We met on an early Friday evening and Atty. Harmoush exuded kindness, patience and came prepared to provide the advice that I sought. Since he knew this was an urgent turnaround , he was willing to work OVER the weekend to have my document completed by Sunday, ready for me to submit it by Monday. Words can't express how grateful I was that Atty. Harmoush went out of his way to help me, so that I could literally have some peace of mind over the weekend. He asked me, "you really called 20 offices", I replied, "yes, and would repeat the process 100 times over to find a sharp, emotionally-intelligent attorney like you"! Many, many thanks, HPE read more

My boss at my job was not paying me my full pay. I kept asking for the company to pay me what it owed me (back pay, over time) but instead they insulted me and told me to go the labor board. My friend recommended Samy and I told my boss don't worry you're going to hear from my lawyer. Sure enough, just a couple months later and Samy settled the case for me getting me everything I was owed plus a lot more. I am really happy that I got to know Samy - he treated me with a lot of respect and taught me a lot about the legal side of payroll. I am recommending him to all of my friends. I feel more confident knowing I have a lawyer in my corner who I trust and who I feel cares about my situation. read more
