I feel fortunate to have come across David Browne and his team of legal professionals. Because of the business I am in, I've worked satisfactorily around lawyers in the past. However, after only one meeting, I could tell right away that David (and his law firm) was different. To begin with, his intake team was thorough, inquisitive and worked diligently to determine if my case might be a mutual right fit - based on my goals and what was legally provable and possible. David, an obviously busy, bright and in demand professional lawyer, surprised me with his ability to show compassion and offer sensible guidance. His no-nonsense, honest and integrity-filled approach to the issue(s) at hand helped to alleviate my anxiety, and also made me feel heard and less alone. His understanding of the law and his ability to share it in relatable ways was a (much needed) relief. Though not every case will or should move forward, David's input helped me to consider my options in a more thoughtful way. What I will always remember is the kindness, and compassion shown me by David and his team at an unfortunate point in my life. Though for personal reasons my family ultimately decided not to open a case, I would wholeheartedly recommend David Browne and his Browne Employment Lawyers practice to anyone who needs it. Best wishes to anyone who finds themselves on this journey... read more

So he worked just as hard for a smaller payout. Integrity, communication and Strength are great to find in a lawyer. David Browne and his Team deliver!!! read more

Even though they didn't take my case, they were very responsive and helpful. It's nice to see good people on Yelp.

Mr Browne settled a workplace harassment suite for me that seemed insurmountable - the harasser had a long history of employee abuse and had structured her company so that legally she would be legally immune for her habitual abuse. Mr. Browne stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The abuser was a coarse and unfair person and her attorney was the same and they abused Mr. Browne! However he was always kind and thorough with me. He resolved it without having to go to court and the settlement was quite satisfactory. I would highly recommend him. read more
