I was unable to open it myself, so my sister did me the favor; when she showed it to me, I realized it was a contract. I immediately spoke to him and told him that the way he had acted was improper and that I did not want him to represent me. I told him this that same day via both phone and text message. Mr. Fernando de la Vega assured me that nothing had been processed, but he stopped responding to me. Since that day, I have spoken with several people at the office and asked for a letter stating this, but they did not send it until September 23, 2026, via email from Ms. Emily Recinos. In it, they claim that "I signed a contract and that *they*--based on the *entire* investigation they conducted--decided not to proceed with the case." That is a lie; I AM NOT THEIR CLIENT, AND THEY DID NOT REPRESENT ME SINCE I CALLED FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This firm has been malicious and deceptive from the very day I spoke with that man. I spoke with Emily Recinos (Claims Investigation Supervisor) and several others, and they assured me that my name wasn't even in their system. On October 9, 2026, Gloria Noemy Moreno-Aragon (Attorney License #314358) at KJ Injury & Accident told me that nothing could be done because I had signed a contract. This constitutes an ethical violation on their part, given that I informed them from the very beginning about what one of their employees had done; yet, they justify it anyway, and to this day, I have not received a letter from that so-called law firm that tells the truth. I generally don't like leaving negative comments, but I'm doing this so people can protect themselves from these individuals who try to take advantage of a situation WITHOUT REAL AUTHORIZATION./

Una carta que lo dijera y no me la mandaron hasta en Septiembre 23, 2026 por e-mail la Sra Emily Recinos donde aseguran que "yo firme un contrato y que son ellos los que decidieron con TODA la investigación que hicieron, ellos decidieron no seguir con el caso." Eso es mentira YO NO SOY SU CLIENTE Y ELLOS NO ME REPRESENTARON Y SE LOS DIJE ESE MISMO DÍA QUE HABLE POR PRIMERA VEZ POR INFORMACION SOLAMENTE. KJ Injury & Accident , me dice que nada se puede hacer ya que yo firme un contrato. Eso es una violacion ética por parte de ellos ya que desde El primer momento les dije lo que había hecho uno de sus empleados y de cualquier manera lo justifican porque yo hasta este momento no he recibido la carta que diga la verdad por parte de esa supuesta firma de abogados. Yo por lo general no me gusta poner malos comentarios, pero lo hago para que la gente se cuide de estas personas que se quieren aprovechar de una situación REAL NO AUTORIZADA.
