I was t-boned by a young kid pulling out of an alleyway at high speed. I've had accidents before for which I did not enlist the aid of an attorney but the intensity of this impact caused significant damage to my body and vehicle so I inquired about a good attorney from friends and family. Edgar came highly recommended by my cousin who had a complicated matter which Edgar had resolved to my cousin's satisfaction (no small feat). From my initial sit down with Edgar it was obvious that he knew what he was doing and was very forthright about how the claims process would work and how long it would take. I really appreciated that. He understood that I was in pain and wanted specific action taken ASAP. It was very evident that the firm is a busy one yet I never felt neglected or that my case was not a priority. The young woman who manages the office (Mana) was always receptive to my inquires and Edgar called me back within a reasonable period of time whenever I asked. His candor and humor throughout the process really set me at ease and made me trust him and his team. He's just a nice guy and it comes across. My car was a total loss and quickly taken care of by my carrier as the other driver was in a company car and their insurance was taking their sweet time with the claims process. I focused on my treatments and endless doctors appointments since my injuries wound up being much more serious than originally known. At some point it was evident that my medical bills were adding up fast and it worried me yet Edgar explained that in due time he would file a lawsuit on my behAlf if the at-fault party's insurance didn't accept liability for the accident. Long story short, Edgar was successful in fighting for me and opening the policy limits (which I understand is not easy to do). I was truly shocked at the final amount he was able to collect for my bodily injury, pain and suffering and I didn't have to go through a long litigation process. I continue to seek therapy for my injuries so the money is very much helpful and appreciated. I hope I'm never jn a similar situation and need his services again, yet I was so pleased with Edgar and his team that I find myself telling people about his firm "just in case of an accident " since we live in Los Angeles and it's a matter of when (not if) any of us will be in an accident. (Long explanation of my personal experience with MPC Legal please read to the end) So I am not too familiar with Yelp so I am not sure if I can comment on my previous review nevertheless this horrible attorney is now accusing me of lying and accusing me of posting a fake review so I am here to clarify to you all my situation and personal experience with this money hungry lawyer. I had an accident on Highway 5 South near Los Angeles, there was traffic and all cars came to a complete stop when out of nowhere I was hit from behind by Toyota 4Runner. The person that hit me claimed to have been hit by another car, I was not able to verify that because I drove a Nissan and the car that hit me was much larger so I could not see behind him. The point is that we exchanged information and the guy that hit me said the person that hit him fled. But that did not concern me, my problem was that I was hit from him and I did not hit the person in front of me because I was responsible enough to allow room between me and the car in front. The person behind me did not give himself enough room so he ended up hitting me. I foolishly contacted this lawyer to make it easier on myself because I had work and college. I initially contacted Zaira Ramos, one of the claims representatives at MPC Legal and it seemed like everything was gonna go well, however she gave birth soon and was on maternity leave so Edgar Martirosyan was going to handle my case completely. He seemed promising at the beginning and sent me to a chiropractor because what he wanted to do was to get me to be treated by a chiropractor so that I could claim that I sustained injuries and get money from there I also continuously asked about the car but he never seemed interested. He never updated me on my case and was upset because I did not want to show up to the massages. The reason why I did not want to show up for the massages is because MPC Legal has a motto of "if we lose, you don't pay" however...if I had gone to get massages from the chiropractor and we lost the case...I would have been responsible for paying the chiropractor that MPC Legal sent me to. So you could understand my doubt and unwillingness to go. Another thing that made me not want to attend is because Edgar never update me on my case and my insurance company "Geico" called me and let me know that since the car that hit me claimed to have been hit by another car...my case was under a "Hit and Run" I did not have full coverage but I did have liability and automotive insurance. But because apparently the car behind me claimed to have been hit, he did not have to pay me and his insurer (Triple AAA) refused to pay me also and would not want to cover it because it was a "hit and run" so I wasn't covered. So both my insurance company and the insurer of the person that hit me both did not cover my damages I was skeptical about going to the massages and Edgar still insisted I go and that we would be able to do a claim for bodily injury and that it would pay a lot. He insisted that I talk to my own insurance company to cover the damages sustained to my car but they would not cover it since it was a hit and run AND why should MY insurance company have to pay for it anyway???? I was the victim and I did not hit anyone? Edgar continued to argue with me that since he wasn't getting any money from fixing my car to just deal with it myself and that if I was in the same position as the Toyota 4Runner that I would have done the same as him. So he was basically defending the person that hit me and showed his true colors about how he didn't care about me only cared about the money he would leech from me. The last time I spoke with Edgar he said he would go ahead with the bodily injury claim so that everyone would gain something for their "hard work" lol. When I had spoken with my insurance company they also said they would not cover the bodily injury claim because it was a hit and run so Edgar ignorantly pursued that claim and got nothing from it. I believe this is why he never again contacted me. read more

This is probably my least pleasant experience at a law firm in town. If you're going to spend your time and money trusting these lawyers, you're going to receive lack of communication, poor service, and basically the bare minimum for outrageous fees. My lawyer, Edgar, wasn't even able to secure property damage after a year from an accident. He was especially unresponsive, always on the offensive, and did next to nothing to provide quality care to my claim. Every time I requested information, there would be delays in my order and more often than not, excuses to make up for their mistakes. In my opinion, as a paying customer, totally skip this spot, I won't be returning ever again! Overpriced, sloppy, and careless client/lawyer relationship received. P.S., My first name is Raffi.
