I have been hesitant to put a review on here but feel I must now so others can avoid what I went…read morethrough. If I could give them a ZERO I would. I hired this firm because I used to work with Eduardo Brito in the 90,s. I reached out to him to see if he could recommend a firm that handled a sidewalk trip and fall cases - he stated his firm did and to send him pictures to determine if I had a case or not. He agreed I did and so we discussed the retainer and a possible reduction in atty fees since we were former coworkers. It was agreed reduced fees to be discussed at settlement if any. Moving along into the case 18 months later during my depo my atty claimed he was unaware I lived on the same street as the incident. Despite him being told I did not want to sue the homeowner as I knew her. I was blind sided and unprepared. I also mention that the ONLY time anyone from their offices came out was to pick up the shoes I was wearing the day of the incident. At no other time did they come out. If they did they would have immediately seen I lived on the same street and didn't have a strong case. Because of this egregious error on their part My case took a nose dive in value. My medical bills were through the roof at this point and my pain and suffering unbearable but I was convinced to stay the long haul because it had some value if they could prove the homeowner was the owner of the tree roots. They never could - it was the city's tree. At the end on 2023 I wanted to settle out and was told without the recommended surgery my case had little value - a conversation later denied by atty. - but again I stayed in and did the surgery. My meds were almost $200k after surgery. Fast forward to upcoming trial. Given the outcome of my depo and the now comparative negligence I had, my case had a value of a third of my meds. It was intimately disappointingly settled for Pennies of what it should have been but then came the discussion about atty fees reduction. They denied they ever said they would reduce and that they took my shoddy case as a favor to me - Humm why allow a shoddy case to garner $200k meds. After months of trying to get a reduction as promised they finally agreed to give me an extra $3500. HOWEVER, ... They ultimately walked away with $20,000 more than I did claiming they had staff to pay and overhead - like I'm the only client come on. Now comes the reason for finally putting a review. 7 months after settling my case I find out that only 1 of my liens has been paid. When I sent a demand letter I was given the ignorance is bliss excuse by Alex sarajian he knew nothing and immediately instructed his secretary who was backlogged 7 months to pay the liens. I demanded they be paid within 48 hrs. They did not and unfortunately it took filing a complaint with the California state bar to get them to pay the liens which as of 11.24 I am told some have received. Be mindful - One can post a review if it's honest and truthful. this is my honest review from experience with them - do your due diligence and research this firm before you hire them. Get everything in writing if you do hire them they were not honest with me and I suffered and still suffer from the injury that surgery did not correct. Lesson learned I thought by having Eduardo Brito on my team would be an asset. It wasn't. It ended in unnecessary arguments and insults and lies and in closing I'll just say never hire a face on the back of a bus. Go through the legal channels to get a good honest attorney. I'm sure once they see this review they will demand I take it down or have it removed. Good luck - do your due diligence and notate everything in writing/email. PROTECT YOURSELF

Despite the change in firms, I experienced the same pattern: unanswered calls and messages, no meaningful updates, and no clear explanation of the status of my case. As a client, I have a reasonable expectation of timely communication, transparency, and diligence none of which have been provided. This matter has now spanned several years, and being repeatedly ignored has caused unnecessary stress and concern about whether my case is being properly handled. An attorney has an ethical obligation to keep clients informed and to act with reasonable promptness. In my experience, those obligations were not met. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to get all communication expectations in writing and to keep detailed records. If communication and representation standards are not upheld, remember that filing a complaint with the State Bar is an available and appropriate course of action. I will be filing a bar complaint myself.

Few months passed and with Mr. Adam's help I was able to get a full buy back on my Car and keep in mind I had this car for over 3 yrs. The settlement was in 6 figures and what is even better is that the manufacturer paid the attorney fees . I believe this whole process was less than 8 months . Mr Adam and his team did an Amazing job and I have already referred a friend to him .
