One thing I truly appreciate is that he makes an effort to keep me updated and informed as my cases progress. I also have concerns about my future medical care. My spinal cord stimulator will eventually require additional care, including battery replacement. I even lost the charger for my stimulator and requested another one, but I never received it. What has made this experience even more frustrating is that I have repeatedly requested my complete case file so I can have another attorney independently review everything. I have called multiple times, and the response I continue to receive is that someone will reach out to me. Yet I am still waiting for my file and for clear answers. After everything I went through physically, I should not have to repeatedly call just to obtain my own case documents and get answers about what happened with my settlement.
