However I will not go back. Dr Mark is too glib and borderline rude. He said I am too old for an adjustment. He did the injector thing and the sand paper machine that was it. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Not a good use of my time or money. On visit #2 The receptionist gave me a sheet of paper and said go to room #3. I had no clue what was going on. She did not smile or offer any explanation as to this procedure. When I paid the first time I was not told there is a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. When I mentioned it to Dr. Mark on the second visit, he said there are signs all over stating the surcharge. No empathy for my missing the notice. Not a welcoming practice. I have been to MANY chiropractors around the country- probably because I am so old. -. This is the worst experience so far. I will not recommend them.

His sister had just been diagnosed with MS and his mother had it and was worried as some of the symtoms he had were signs of MS. He went to several doctor's and Nuerologist's and had MRI's done on his spine and brain, but they all came back clear. She has a diaper changing area with diapers and wipes for those with small babies. She even provides refreshements like tea, water and snacks while you wait. This is very helpful for those with children as sometimes it's not always practical to have snacks on hand. My children ages 2-15 see her every other month and we fully trust Dr. Andrea and her care. When they have had sports injuries and when I've sprained my ankle she has helped adjust those problems areas as well. I can't thank Dr. Andrea enough for the care she has provided my family. She is my new best ever chiropractor. My shoulder had been hurting for 2 1/2 years. I've had injections, medications, and physical therapy but nothing has helped. On my second visit Dr Annie focused on that shoulder and I left there with no pain. She is amazing! She uses muscle testing and what I call a thumper. Two days later they were notified they had missed their procedure and would be called to reschedule. Now, the next day, they've been informed there is a $200 cancellation fee before they can be rescheduled. They were not informed of the possibility of a cancellation fee at the time of scheduling. They informed the caller that they had not been given a date, only a day of the week two days before, and therefore would not have been able to follow the advised diet. The caller responded "Well you had time to follow the clear liquid part of the diet" We will be advising all friends and family members to avoid Grand Junction Gastroenterology due to their extremely poor organizational skills and lack of customer service.
