This is small practice compared to some others in town. But -- they are good! They incorporate a variety of techniques including laser, micro current, the Graston technique, Footbeat shoes, as well as the typical exercises. My mother in law had jaw pain from her TMJ issues that had been going on for decades - Christine was able to resolve them quickly. And, she got my doddering mother in law much more stable and balanced - meaning safer. Just love their patience and kindness as well as their physical therapy skills. read more

I was having "locked shoulder" problems. The physical therapist I was assigned here, is excellent, a whole different way from prior therapists I have had. She gets motion back, and doesn't just focus on just the joint in question but how all the muscles and joints are connected. Extremely happy with how I was treated, and the results. read more

I love her methods - she was gentle and although I felt stretching I only ever felt good pain. I thought therapy was this super painful and stressful part of my day until coming here. She gave me an ultrasound on my arm and wrist, and broke up all my tension and tightness with soft hands and soothing lotion. The stretches with weight felt so good and I made immediate measured progress! I was able to take my wrist back and forward and extra 5-10 points after our session. The sessions are shorter than I'm used to but since they aren't miserable I'm happy with them and finding them well worth it. I'm coming twice a week all the way from Monticello. Highly recommend! They made this whole thing too easy.

My discharge paperwork had inaccuracies and when I asked the lady who came to discharge me, she was really rude. I regret going there and cried in the taxi on the way home. Next time I will go to Community Hospital. They are much better.

The people at Valley Vision Center were really great to work with. They kept several pairs of frames I was interested in tucked away for me while I was trying to decide which one I liked the best, and they all helped give me their opinions on which pair looked best on me when I asked. No one ever rushed me, and there always seemed to be enough employees present to answer my questions. I also thought they had a great selection of frames, and they were willing to order in a frame in a different color if I wanted to see it. My two insurance providers took care of it i was told. No one in billing can explain any charges to you. Wilma is supposedly in charge of billing and told me i wasnt responsible for the co pays but sure enough another bill would show up. I finally got frustrated, wrote a check for the outstanding balance they said i had & wont ever set foot in this place again. Keep in touch with your insurance company & make sure your charges are correct because you cant believe anyone in billing & get it in writing.
