Im in the market for a new chiropractor but this wont be the place. I liked hansen but there were far too many billing mistakes & co pays i was told i was not responsible for but kept receiving bills for. My two insurance providers took care of it i was told. No one in billing can explain any charges to you. Wilma is supposedly in charge of billing and told me i wasnt responsible for the co pays but sure enough another bill would show up. I finally got frustrated, wrote a check for the outstanding balance they said i had & wont ever set foot in this place again. Keep in touch with your insurance company & make sure your charges are correct because you cant believe anyone in billing & get it in writing. read more

Dr. Hansen and the staff are great. He offers great adjustments; especially on the neck AND back. They also offer muscle stim and ultrasound. The office is clean and wait times are good. Now that I have moved away to another state, I still return for care whenever we are in town. They are that good. Massage technicians are also available. read more

I saw Dr. Robin for the first time and he was absolutely incredible. I had a subluxated rib and was in pretty severe pain for the two weeks before I saw him. Sometimes there are things that a medical doctor just can't fix and a chiropractor is perfectly suited for. The atmosphere of the office is very warm and inviting. They offer coffee, tea and water in the waiting area and have a great physical therapy area too. They really treat the whole person. Dr. Robin not only did a great job adjusting me, but he also recommended some yoga poses and stretches to help alleviate my discomfort. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Brady chiropractic and Dr. Robin. read more

I have experienced so much mixed information, unprofessionalism & absurd lies. When I first started here, they lied to me about my insurance billing & charged me wrongfully. I thought I had worked it out with them, left a positive review and now I've been lied to again and discriminated for services by their rookie chiropractor, Lauren Pratt. Over many years of my life I have seen a handful of chiropractors and Lauren is the only one who has ever given me a time limit on how long SHE believes I need assistance. I've endured extreme pain from a deformed & compressed spine. Many doctors, an orthopedic & a neurologist has informed me that some of the nerves in my system are dead & severely damaged. I explained to Lauren on the first appointment that im an unusual case &I will need assistance more than the average person. Since day one she has been pushing that I space out my appointments disregarding how extensive the damage is.. She barely gave me any time to explain the experiences of the nerve damage I face. She is way too young to have much experience on her back to be so egotistical to see passed her arrogance to understand that everyone heals differently and needs to be treated according to such. I was going in 2-3 x a week for 2 months, thought her & I were good. Earlier this week she basically told me that pain is from my psyche & I need to see a therapist. So I guess she moonlights as a psychologist in her spare time.. Today she told me a BLATANT LIE that Wilma told her my insurance contacted them stating they wont cover me much longer & I have to space out my appointments. Its kind of unprofessional that the doctor would be taking to me about billing and not Wilma who covers that. I explained that my insurance as made it clear many times that I am fully covered and there are no limitations for visits as long as I need help. It's also very strange that my insurance would not notify me with this information because Lauren told me if I dont space out my appointments, that my insurance would hit me with a huge bill of uncovered services. I told Lauren I would call my insurance about this and she INSISTED SEVERAL TIMES, NOT to call my insurance and to speak to Wilma about it. Why? Why wouldn't I call my insurance if im gonna get charged and no one told me? When I said for the final time that I will not speak to Wilma about this, that I am going to talk to my insurance because none of this seems correct, Lauren got passive aggressive with me, raised her voice and goes, "Well, you need to space out your appointments! I know this is frustrating." No. The only person who was frustrated today, was Lauren. I was confused and devastated because chiropractic has been the only treatment so far that has made a big difference. I have communicated extensively, even been emotional in a happy way telling Lauren about how grateful i've been for the adjustments. They are getting paid and I'm getting improvement on a weekly basis so whats the point of turning me away? As I was leaving after the adjustment, Lauren walked fast to Wilma to tell her, "She said she is going to call her insurance." Why would that even be relevant to telll her...? Wilma said, "Oh um... That's, unnecessary" and they continued to speak quieter as I left. I called my insurance and the agent told me she has no idea what either of these women are talking about, that I have been misinformed and they wouldn't just slam me with a bill. That the only time I would be is if the INSURANCE finds the appointments not medically needed. I have records upon records of the documented damage. There should be no reason for any of this to be an issue & even the agent found it completely bizarre that both women insisted that I not call the insurance. This is NOT the first time Wilma has pulled some stunt with my insurance and told me not to call them. Lauren is late for every single appointment as well where im stuck waiting 10-15 mins just to be seen. The combo of being lied to, improper filing for the bills and now this. Im done. BEWARE. Look for actual professionals. 2 grievances my insurance has filed in the last few months because of the billing errors and discrimination from today. read more

Each one of the doctors has a unique way of adjusting so whatever your preference there is a Chiropractor there to help you out. They also offer massages among a variety of other services. Amazing doctors!!! They are great at working with fixing your back. The front desk staff leaves something to be desired. They are rude & they do not listen to your concerns. They bill you for charges they do not tell you about. They bill different then what your insurance says your payment should be. They spend so much time telling you about how you are wrong instead of listening that you are calling to make a payment. They say they will call you back and never do. I wish the doctors had access to more helpful and respectable front desk staff. read more

I received a discount gift certificate for a massage and got Jennifer. She was amazing. It was most relaxing. The ambiance was wonderfully calm with the light music and beautiful aromas. As it was my first time, Jennifer was more than patient in explaining the process to me so I at no time felt unsure or nervous. She asked where I generally feel the most pain and took care to ask if any areas hurt. She focused on my pain areas but also on often forgotten areas that can affect other areas. She used the right amount of pressure and took several opportunities to make sure it wasn't too hard or too light. After only 60 minutes I left feeling like a 100-pound weight had been removed from my body and I highly recommend Jennifer! read more
