Since London was in a heat wave (daytime highs in the 90's), I was so happy that the room had a strong air conditioner. The hotel was a short walk from the Kenton Train and Tube stations. There was a Sainsbury's grocery story just a short walk away, in case we needed food, toiletries or other items. Also, there is a restaurant on-site: the Beefeater Grill. We had continental breakfast there and it was rather good. Our stay at this hotel was a positive one and I can recommend it to travelers who want a clean, comfortable room at a fair price and don't mind staying on the outskirts of London.

Skip this place it's terrible. Not what one would expect for B&B with no towels, no soap, only…read morecereal for breakfast, no trust in guests holding keeping their room key which you must turn in if leaving during the day. She is very helpful with information on locations and places to visit. It is quite a way out of the city, but is on the metropolitan line with the underground a few minutes away. Quiet area too. The breakfast is also lovely with a wide variety of items to have. Il be definetly visiting again.
