In the years since, I still default to my longtime go-to markets out of habit/loyalty, but I've never been let down by H Mart either. Regardless of which one I'm at, I've never had a problem finding what I'm looking for. With that being said, though, I'd be lying if I said this wasn't my least favorite one I've been to. Compared to the others I've been to, whether it be around OC or back in the Bay Area, this location feels notably smaller. While they still have all of the usual offerings and staples, whether it be their fresh produce, seafood, meats, frozen goods, and pantry staples, the range and depth of options feels comparatively lighter (fewer brands to choose from). What's more, parts of the store feel a bit cramped to maneuver around, especially when the store is really busy. With that being said, we've still been able to find what we're looking for, their meats, seafood, and produce have generally been fresh, and they still have a solid selection of sushi and prepared foods to choose from (they also have a couple of food counters inside). Much like the store itself, the other parking lot here feels a bit small as well, especially given how many popular stores and eateries there are in the complex. Besides H Mart, there's also a Daiso, Baekjeong, SUP Noodle Bar, 85 Degrees, and several other eateries and businesses. It may not be so bad on weekdays and at off-hours, but I imagine finding a space on weekends and at peak times can get pretty competitive. One other thing that we've found to be kind of annoying is that both times we've been here, there were folks soliciting customers as they were going in and out of the store. Now, that's not H Mart's fault, and they do try to shoo those folks away, but it doesn't necessarily make coming here any more appealing, especially with how aggressive some of those folks seemed to be (we saw one woman practically harassing her as she was trying to rush to her car). Despite how I haven't exactly loved my experiences here, it's not like they went terribly either. Every time, we've been able to get what we needed for potlucks/BBQ's with friends and get out of here relatively quick. What's more, it's not like it would have been enough to affect my affinity for H Mart anyways. More than anything else, this just makes me like and appreciate the one by me in SF that much more!

Cream cheese and potato chips? Somehow it all worked. Sad it is gone. My coworkers love the Prime Rib and BBQ Brisket. I don't recommend the Tuna Salad Sandwich or the Italian. Tuna was dry and the Italian had heavy amounts of olives. We order delivery at 11:AM and don't normally get our sandwiches until 1:30PM. Wait is probably even longer if you are there in person.

They have a large parking lot, but it's also pretty bus at times. This is a big grocery store with a wide variety of Asian foods. I got some shrimp chips which I like and cannot find at other stores. The seafood section was PERFECT! They had such a wide variety of seafood from fresh in fish tanks, to frozen in the open freezers. I would definitely highly recommend visiting for fresh seafood and Asian foods. The place is pretty crowded and we did look out of place, but I didn't care. People were friendly and even if they had limited English they would try to communicate with us and help us. It is a pretty crowded space so be aware of that. They form one long queue for the checkout and go sorting through the lanes. Overall I have a new go to place for seafood.

She also added that I should have caught it and not bought it. I would never in a million year do a review for the market but I am definitely not returning back to this location. Check everything before you leave the store is a lesson I learned. Their deli section got plenty of great selection of meats & cheeses. And their bakery part also got plenty of pastries and well know Italian cookies and individual cakes. Staff are great and friendly plus knowledgeable of what they're selling. I ended up buying several items instead of one or two. Definitely a place to go for good quality Italian ingredients to cook at home. As for the Pizza place, we got 2 types of sandwiches and lasagna. The Italian sandwich was just okey, the bread was not quite a right type for it. Just chewy outside and abit blanch of the filling. The meatballs sandwich is quite delightful, good amount of sauce and big meatball and go nicely with the sandwich. The lasagna was good but abit under seasoning, abit watering and it could used more meats. Overall it was okey place for a quick bites and easy to take away. Parking can be hectic and abit out of control since folks don't know what to do since people coming in and block cars that need to go out...another word. It's a small parking lot for In&Out. It was easy when I got there at 10:30am and the parking lot was pretty much empty (since market open early then their pizza side). When leave I have to wait for 5mins in order to get the car out since there are cars waiting right infront of my car and there are car infront and behind. There is a parking lot right across and street parking too, and I think it would be much easier then park in their lot during their busy times.

There is no thai restaurant in the South Bay that offers steam table service. This place had a whole section of soups & curries. The section on the right were meat and veggies. The place is a little bit of a dive and old, but don't let that discourage you from trying this place out. If no cash, there is an ATM in the restaurant to get cash. I had the bitternelon & mustard green soup, bittermelon & mushroom veggie stir fry with steamed rice. From the table of prepackaged food, I got the pad see you (chow fun). I cannot wait to go back & try the other items out despite how divey this place is.
