They have a decent wine list leaning more on US and french wines. Prices are high but still suits every budget. Food wise you will find all classics that you expect from a Steakhouse. Appetizers include soups, salads and some seafood dishes. All is done nicely, salads and seafood very fresh. For main you can choose between different cuts and sizes of beef, all from the US. Steaks done here are a little different from other Steak Houses. They are served on a sizzling hot plate with butter. There's not much branding on the steaks as they use a special way of broiling. Just keep this in mind when you come here. Still the steaks are cooked to perfection, the meat is juicy, tasty and tender. For side dishes you can find all the classics, creamed spinach, baked potatoes, onion rings etc. Portions are big! If you still have room for dessert go for the creme brulee or the cheesecake. But that's where it ends. The food is very unsatisfactory in taste, texture and temperature. And speaking of temperature, this is the first bar I ever went to in Hong Kong with no air conditioning. Hard to look pretty when you're sweating like Niagara Falls! There are far too many bars in Wan Chai to settle for bad food and uncomfortable temperature.
