Erica's teaching style helped us practice strategies with feedback to make sure we were using them effectively. She gave us strategies to help our extremely anxious pup build confidence. She not only helped with behavior training, but also identified when training, alone, was not enough for Ren. She connected us with a vet and behaviorist to get Ren the medical treatment she needed for anxiety and GI issues. And when we had questions, she was super responsive and thorough.
