For some unexplained reason a 5lbs mini yorkie was put in the same play kennel as all the other large bread dogs with apparently no supervision. They were told that they thought he'd been stepped on and had broken ribs, but according to the vet he was covered in dog slobber and suffered a broken neck. Conveniently their security cameras happened to be broken that very day of the incident. Needless to say I will never take our pets there for anything nor will I ever recommend anyone else to.

Since we are both retired with some health issues, he was a bit overwhelming for us. Linda had him for 10 days, both boarding and training him. What a difference! His manners are much improved, waiting at doors to go in or out for our OK, settling down when we indicate he is to calm down, and quietly waiting for his food. It was obvious Duke liked and respected Linda, wanting to please her. She spent time with us going over the areas Duke had made progress and what we need to be doing to continue with that progress. Instead of giving us numerous suggestions for Duke, she only gave us three to work on at this point. They are doable and we are concentrating on them. We like that and Duke is responding well. Our plan is to continue using Linda as our trainer. We are very impressed with her and her facilities. We highly recommend her. Kathy

I took my pup in for an overnight and we were supposed to get a login for cameras to see our pup play, took them a couple hours, finally got it but only to find our pup was limping (he was not at all upon drop off) so that was shady, then nobody called to tell me he was hurt, when I picked up he was so scared and anxious and shaking, he has been boarded before and NEVER had this scared reaction. The place was filthy! they don't really play with your pup and these "deluxe" rooms are crap, they wouldn't show what they actually are in which is just a cage/kennel. I was also double charged and the Manager, Kylie said I would be credited back in 10-days, however, come to find out I was never credited back and she couldn't be specific on when refund was made or when I would receive it, not a safe place and definitely not worth the double charge and horrible customer service.
