Since we are both retired with some health issues, he was a bit overwhelming for us. Linda had him for 10 days, both boarding and training him. What a difference! His manners are much improved, waiting at doors to go in or out for our OK, settling down when we indicate he is to calm down, and quietly waiting for his food. It was obvious Duke liked and respected Linda, wanting to please her. She spent time with us going over the areas Duke had made progress and what we need to be doing to continue with that progress. Instead of giving us numerous suggestions for Duke, she only gave us three to work on at this point. They are doable and we are concentrating on them. We like that and Duke is responding well. Our plan is to continue using Linda as our trainer. We are very impressed with her and her facilities. We highly recommend her. Kathy

She is extremely gifted in reading pups' behaviors and needs, as well as training people to understand their furry friends and support them along their journey. Erica's teaching style helped us practice strategies with feedback to make sure we were using them effectively. She gave us strategies to help our extremely anxious pup build confidence. She not only helped with behavior training, but also identified when training, alone, was not enough for Ren. She connected us with a vet and behaviorist to get Ren the medical treatment she needed for anxiety and GI issues. And when we had questions, she was super responsive and thorough. We've made huge leaps and bounds...we have all become more confident during Ren's transition from a rescue. A few months after training with Erica, Ren is now adjusting to big changes and experiences we weren't sure she could handle. All thanks to Erica helping us be the puppy parents Ren needs us to be. I paid for the "happy texts" and everything seemed good. I picked my dogs up yesterday and my normally healthy/athletic lab came home emaciated with her ribs visibly protruding. Both dogs have been so stressed and not themselves but most concerning is my dog lost so much weight so fast and not one single person notified me. I've been in touch with their manager and I'm getting a lot of "we're sorry" or "I understand" but it doesn't change my dog lost so much weight in a week and nobody informed me, I paid a lot of $ for people to look after my babies and since talking about it with locals I've heard worse experiences and I'm grateful that my girl came home to me. The pic of both dogs was taken 3 weeks ago; those of just my lab were taken today.
