I will never use them again, I brought in a screen door to be fixed on 5-18, after about 3 weeks I…read morechecked on it they still had it in Morton, they told me they had to take to Peoria, so I said ok, after about a month I went in to check on it again, than they told me they have been busy but will be done soon. So some time went by so I decided to check again now the end of July, so in a 3month time frame no phone calls at all. I want in last week the person waiting on me told me it was ready and he would have it brought back over, I went in today 8/9 door was Back but not fixed so about 4 months later no calls and still now no fixed door. Vary poooooor service, I live in Morton but I will never use them again worse store ever. If I could leave a no star rating I would or I would make it a minus star.

Sure the prices may be a little better at one of those big box stores but if you consider the amount of time it takes to park and walk into those places and try to find someone to help you and maybe never finding anyone as knowledgeable so I highly recommend coming to this place for your Hardware needs and you will get a great value of service and just what you need and advise how to use it.
