Our reservation check in was smooth and the complimentary snacks was popping lol. The kiddo were very excited about them.. All though a few of the amenities were unavailable due to COVID things were still good. Our room was great, spacious and smelled good the kiddos loved it. Even with the hotel being slightly packed; it was quiet with a sense of comfort that was calming. The dining area was closed so sitting in eating breakfast but, break was still available and with great options. So all hope wasn't lost. You were still able to get hot items like fresh waffles, breakfast burritos, sausage biscuits, a variety of yogurts, juices, milk, cereal, fresh fruit etc,. The staff were super friendly, helpful and polite. They took care of business keeping things sanitary and clean. Due to the nature of our visit they were very accommodating. We needed to stay one more night on short notice and was able to keep our room and get it at the discounted rate that was offered at our initial booking. I would recommend them to family and friends. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we will be back. It's gets better every-time.
