He proceeded to refer to her as an "old hag" many times. He shared too much personal information and it was extremely uncomfortable to sit and listen to.

She cited lightning as the reason they would be closing, which would be completely understandable if it weren't the freaking night before and you don't know that there will be lightning at that time. Due to their complete lack of consideration, I attempted to dispute their charge with my credit card company and the "farm" refuted it, stating I had purchased a nonrefundable ticket.
